Courtyard by Marriott Santa Monica

Avenue Colorado devrait être mieux nettoyer. Il y avait beaucoup de personne sans abris même devant l’hôtel qui dormaient dans la rue. L’hôtel est bien entretenu.

The hotel is okay. I reserved 2 rooms. One of the showers drain was clogged and spilled water over the entire bathroom floor. The second bathroom vanity faucet was broken. My view from the second floor was homeless people and dirty surroundings. There was a vacant property next to the hotel. The hotel gave off a bad vibe. Santa Monica has been one of my favorite cities to visit. This will be the last time I visit. I will be staying in Marina Del Rey from this point forward. AND the valet parking at $65.00 a day did not make things better. :/

The rooms themselves were fine. Not quite up to the Mariott standards I'm used to, but not terrible. The pool/hot tub are situated in a neat outdoor location on the 2nd level, but both needed from TLC, you could tell they were much nicer in the past.

Perfect hotel! Nice, clean! Great location!

Family friendly and the staff was great and very supportive

This is a great property! Stayed 2 nights. Short walk to Santa Monica Pier and Boardwalk. Metro just outside the door.

Terrible never booking again

Bathtub was clogged water didn’t go down all night. Wall outlets didn’t work only 2 by the wall. Tv kept turning off. You can here people next door. Walls seem to be very thin I can hear their conversations. You can also hear footsteps upstairs all night kids running around. Didn’t get much sleep.

Valet only parking there....$65. Thats worse than vegas. Can park next door for $40 per day, and go in and out all day. Very nice to be 3 blocks away from Venice Beach, and Pier.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. When we arrived, the room type we had booked was not available, so we had to switch to a different room and use an extra rollaway bed to accommodate our group. The room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, but the air conditioning did not work properly, making it uncomfortably warm and stuffy every night. We also had an issue with the toilet clogging, which was an inconvenience. Overall, the staff provided good service, but the room issues and the booking mix-up made our stay less enjoyable than we had expected.

There was just one detail I didn't like: I had notified them twice that I would be arriving after midnight. I had booked for two nights, but when I arrived, they sent me to another hotel for the first night; I then had to return to the original hotel, which wasted time and was inconvenient with my three children. However, I want to thank Rosa and a slim young man with glasses and curly hair—I don't recall his name—as they were very kind and helpful.

Room was quite small, Sofa Bed was not comfortable and caused pain in my back, Horrible and shocking thing was 154$ Parking fee for 2 days which i was not aware of. I can understand 30-40$ daily parking but this much was way higher.I guess the only advantage out there was hotel was near to pier thats it. Overall will suggest my friends to Opt for other hotels and not this one, you can come to pier by own car or Uber.Overall not a great experience in so much price.Also a suggestion for Expedia to atleast give the idea on Parking Price to the Customers so that they could think before Booking.

The property is falling apart and it does not help that the staff is not accommodating

Room was cleaned and tidy very spacious. Lobby was very clean and staff was always friendly and willing to help

Only issue was pricing of water. $40.00 for two one liter bottles was excessive.
