Very friendly staff and clean room.

Great location!!!

Noise in the room. Couldn’t sleep and Had to be relocated, but no upgrade, just complimentary breakfast served by a rude host. Not the typical Marriott expectation. Unfortunate.

Great place! Super close to everything!

Outdoor pool area was dirty and furniture was worn. The couch had a big hole in it. Rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the room above and the walls seemed kinda thin since I could hear my neighbors

Perfect location a couple of blocks from the beach, friendly staff and large comfortable room.

Clean and quiet. Close to the Santa Monica pier The $65 valet parking. No choice for self parking.

Staff was extremely irritating, their reader was having a bad day and couldn’t take my chip and I had to swipe but my card is a little damaged and it wouldn’t work. So they told me that I could just cancel the reservation instead of trying to work with me. I asked for a manager and he immediately switched up saying we can input it manually. We got to the room after all that and tables were sticky and it smelled so bad of cleaning chemicals. Also AC didn’t work.

I liked that the hotel is near the pier and close to shops and restaurants. For the amount of money that we paid, the cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. In the swimming pool area, there are couches and cabanas with cushions that are dirty and ripped. There were no towels so we had to use our room towels. There was puddling near a drain, and left over food that someone left on a table.

Location of was property was good close and walkable however overall area around hotel was ok only.

But more importantly the noise in the hotel - you hear everything going on in the room next door or above. I was kept up past 5am by a couple in the room above.

Staff is nice, excellent location, close to the Pier and Promenade street. Very walkable. Safe area.

The staff was super helpful

I was surprised that the Salvation Army was next door and the train station was directly across the street from my room.

Property was nice. Great location for walking distance to the pier, shopping and food choices.

Overall comfortable stay. Location - there was an attempted robbery and shooting on the pier on one of the evenings. Big unhoused population in the area; someone got into the lobby despite closed doors and was yelling obscenities. Water pressure in shower and sink were very low. Asked for a microwave when I booked more than a month in advance; never got one.
