The location is excellent, very close to Santa Monica Pier. There’s also a small Target and Trader Joe’s right on the same street as the hotel, which is very convenient. Having a small Starbucks in the lobby is another nice touch. The valet service was quite slow, as there was only one person working, which resulted in long waiting times. Check-in at the front desk also took much longer than expected. There was no bell service, so we had to handle our own luggage and take it to and from the room ourselves.

Perfect location to walk to pier and shops on 3rd street promenade. Next to Metro line for easy travel. Great central location!

I arrive, drive into the parking area, realize that it's valet only, and I drive around the block. I see two other parking options but valet is only $15 more so we choose to go back on site. Before pulling back in, I park at the curb, call the office, and ask where I should park for check-in and getting our bags out. I'm told to park in the valet area. I pull in, and park in the valet area labeled loading, which is also the only spot away from the driving lanes (safety). I get out of the car to walk to the desk to check in, and a valet walks up to me with pace and attack posture and said, "This is only for hotel guests." He could have said, "Welcome. Checking in?" or..."Good afternoon, how can I help you?" But no, he assumed I wasn't a guest. I said, "I am a guest." He said, "Well this area is only for valet." Ouch. I said, "I called and asked what to do and was told to park in here to check in and unload. I was just following instructions." He said, "Oh, well leave the keys in the car." Sir, please read some Marcus Aurelius. So, 0 stars for that valet and first impression that almost had me cancel the reservation and find a different room. But, Irene and Carmen at the front desk were understanding and very helpful, 5 stars for them. And the next day's valet, akin to Dunkin Donuts, was very patient, helpful, and guiding. 5 stars for him too. 3 stars overall: The room was great but the sleeper sofa's for 1.

Location Loud sounds at night kept us up from clicking and knocking in vents.

Good location but minimum service support

Front desk was friendly and fast, Elevators worked well, the cleaning crew did a terrific job as well. Very nice location just a few blocks from the pier and many shops and restaurants.

The location was amazing for the price. They have thoughtfully created a great vibe and spacious lobby. Rooms with hardwood floors and the floor plan is great. The bathroom was new well thought out. Bed was amazingly comfortably. The pull out sofa should not be used. Worse than a camping cot with a painful bar right in the middle of the bed. They need to upgrade these pullouts. Not suitable for kids or adults. Starbucks downstairs is so convenient. The staff was so nice and helpful. Valet was pricey, $65 a day. Everyone was great!!! Would stay again :)

great distance from the Santa Monica Pier.

I called Expedia to cancel my stay onMonday, due to a family emergency,my stay was Thursday check in Saturday check out. Expedia said they would take care of it and would contact property. And up to now nothing was done I suppose since you are asking for feed back on the stay .

Clean room, friendly staff.

Beds were comfortable, they cleaned the room everyday. A/C kept things comfortable, and the pool and hot tub opened to 11 was nice.

Rooms are big. Property was very nice. Great location. I’d recommend paying extra for the breakfast. Only down fall was the parking and being right next to the transit. Everywhere you go in Santa Monica, you oay to park. The transit station was so cool to see right out side of our balcony but it was very loud especially if your waning to sleep in. They only offer valet parking so it was $75 dollars a day to park.

The room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to unwind after a day of activities. The amenities were great for families, and we appreciated how well-maintained the property was. The staff was always friendly, patient, and happy to answer our questions or help with anything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely come back on our next trip!

Rude employees, no customer centric
