Very good

Exceptional

There were 3 people using hard drugs in front of the door.

Location really close to metro, trader Joe's and target 10 minutes to Santa Monica peir We had an upgraded balcony view No bar for alcohol and the air con on one of the upgraded suites did not work, so they gave us 2x fans instead , hot air all night

Overall, very clean and safe. Nice breakfast. Valet parking. Helpful staff. We enjoyed the covered pool area. It’s located within walking distance to the beach.

Friendly staff and clean The price

Breakfast was great, great location and lovely spacious room. Some staff behind the counter were not the friendliest or that helpful. I was also charged twice for my room.

Very good value for money and very well located

Second time here in 6 months. Even got the same room. Breakfast is boring but exactly what you need to start your day for free. We had no issues with Breakfast. Our room floor was mopped lazily , but we always bring shoes to wear in any hotel. Yes the homeless are everywhere in Santa Monica, we bought sandwiches to hand out, every one of them said Thank you! The homeless keep to them selves, and are not scary. Another great trip to Santa Monica!

I saw several scare people around.

Nice hotel, Kinda a sketch spot. You usually gotta walk through some zombies out front because of a bus stop. It smells like urine to. But the Hotel itself is nice, pretty quiet and the staff is great.

Room was great and staff was amazing wish we had known sooner that this location has valet only parking and they charge 65$ plus taxes of 12$ just for parking. Breakfast was nice and area was very clean and well kept

It was great, highly recommend.

Superb

Spacious room in a good location, walking distance to the pier. Gym facilities were good too. The swimming pools looked quite dirty so didn’t end up using them

Very good

The location was excellent with only a short walk to 3rd street promenade and the pier. Right next to train station, although by the second night didn't notice the noise of the train leaving the station.

Exceptional

Good location breakfast was good walking distance to the pier many outlets like traders Joe target at close by staff very polite The quick response for any issues logged
