Breakfast was good, you wouldn’t think at the first glance but was actually healthy and coffee/ tea is complementary. Location is great, just 200m from the Pier, we loved it. Several things actually; too pricy hotel for what you get. At the check in, there was the rudest lady behind the desk, fed up with us, with life I assume. My husband was not allowed to do check in on my name, he waited more than 2 hrs in the lobby as arriving before us. She was very arrogant even when I arrived. It was on 25.6.2026 around 4pm. Managers should organize some customer service behavior trainings. In the morning we got a leakage in the bathroom through the sink out of nowhere. We had like 10 second to pick up our belongings before dirty water going over. The plumber came as this is normal thing, so I assume it is happening regularly, probably they were cleaning upper floor and it broke out.

Overall the stay was perfect just what we wanted and expected. Would definitely stay here again. The room was nice, clean and worth it! The beds where super comfortable, overall space was good enough for the 4 of us. The gym was a plus, for my kids and breakfast was decent..

The front desk experience was no better and had an attitude. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. They simply stared at us when we walked in, and I had to initiate the conversation by saying I was there to check in. The breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point.

Great size room with very comfortable beds and facilities. Very pleasant staff and an overall chilled vibe. Breakfast was a bit of a let down though, not the greatest of selections. The use of paper plates and plastic cutlery felt a bit cheap and lazy. Could do with a change machine in the laundry for quarters, was advised on a couple of occasions that the reception didn't carry them and you'd need to get them from a shop nearby. Minor gripe, didn't affect the stay.

Upon arrival, the staff, Ian and Genivieve were very welcoming and helpful with information.

A very disappointing visit. On the morning of June 13th, I encountered customer service that was far below acceptable standards—the receptionist was openly hostile and lacked any basic courtesy. Furthermore, their financial and administrative processes are a complete mess. I was handed an invoice with incorrect billing details (wrong buyer information), and to make it worse, the amount they actually charged to my card was calculated incorrectly and differed from the issued invoice. A total lack of competence on every level. A very disappointing visit. Property is clean and safe. Unfortunately, our room was stuffy without having a bathroom fan. The windows don’t open so we felt airflow was restricted. Our air conditioner was not keeping up either. When I told the front desk as we were checking out, she just said she’d take note of it.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was pretty terrible. The hot tub was in dire need of being cleaned/treated, and the pool was freezing cold. It’s under a roof so it doesn’t get much sun.
