The hotel is conveniently located on River street but without all the noise. Fantastic service from staff. The restaurant is amazing. Perfect option for families.

We stayed at the property over the busy 4th of July weekend and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had questions at check in, showed up to the bar a little early, and used valet service a couple times each day. Everyone was super friendly and calm for such a busy weekend!

great place to stay, leave your car while you enjoy the city, walk directly on the river, best view of savannah from the restaurant/ bar on the top floor. very spacious rooms, try to get a room with the river view to get the best experience. The breakfast was good too, loved the croissants! Room was clean, staff was very nice

I had a nice stay, but I did have to move rooms after my first night. Due to so much construction in Savannah, the road noise from dump trucks is so loud and starts very early. Even with a sound machine on & earplugs in, I was up at 5:30. I would recommend requesting a room on the bay side, or at least the 5th floor if you don't have to be awake super early. The rooftop restaurant is awesome & our server, Brooke was so helpful and fun. The service was fantastic!

Clean hotel, modern amenities. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not pay for breakfast. Based on the price, far better options not far away. Was going to watch the fireworks from the rooftop restaurant, but the price was too steep for my liking, but overall a good stay.
-
Night valet parking was meh. One was helpful the other tall one skinny one was not nice… no pool, no upgrade, front desk was also not friendly at check in…
-
Check in was very busy between 5-6.

We stayed at the AC for my birthday and the Fourth of July. Our room was amazing! The view could not be any better for the fireworks, nor the location for convenience/walkability. The staff were wonderful and super friendly the entirety of our stay. The only caveats: the 24/7 market is super expensive (obviously), and since prices weren’t listed we ended up having a surprisingly high bill for the various items we purchased during our stay. Would be great if prices weren’t mentioned somewhere to know the cost of the items being purchased. During our stay, the the temps were high, too, and the air conditioning seemed to have a hard time keeping the room as cool as we would have liked without keeping our black out shades closed, which was a bummer since we paid for the view. There also isn’t room service, which is not an issue, yet we were surprised that in order to place a to-go order from the rooftop we had to physically go upstairs and place the order instead of doing it over the phone. That said, the food and drinks on the rooftop were delicious! All in all a great experience. We will definitely consider staying there again!
