Was hot, I ask for a fan 3 times before I got one The pool was cloudy, small pool don’t have a direct access You have to leave the building to get the pool This 4 star hotel was very disappointed

The first one we were in was terrible. The smell and they sent me at a balcony with the city view and the only thing we had was a bunch of air conditioners on the floor below us and we’re very loud and we were unable to enjoy the balcony area. There were cockroaches crawling the wall in the pool area and the quiet time was not enforced 10 PM to 8 AM as we were woken up with the neighbors beside us, slamming doors and running up and down the hallway.

Hotel was ok. Definitely not worth the price. The staff the bar was great! And the tour guide was exceptional polite.
-
Easy check in, friendly staff, super clean property and room interior. Housekeeping came in every day and kept everything well maintained. Only downfall is the $45 dollar a day parking which is ridiculous…
-
Great hotel overall, nice to have feery service but don't expect a good pool! And have to pay for parking 44 bucks per night seems like much when u r paying what u r paying

Room was clean and staff was friendly
-
The service was poor and the room was smelly.

The property was located in the perfect area not too close and not far from all of our favorite places to go. This hotel is welcoming clean and spacious. I think this hotel would be better with some entertainment light music or a band would definitely make this hotel top notch.

The room had mold throughout. When reported to the front desk, they advised they would let housekeeping know.
-
Right on the river. Easy walk.

There was a leak in our room so we had to be moved twice. There was water stains in the toilet of one of the rooms. On the positive side the staff was accommodating and very kind. The breakfast was good and the views are amazing! The interior balcony is also nice. I would say the rooms really need some upgrades but outside of that the hotel was fine.

This is property is primarily an event and meeting facility. The staff, particularly the concierge were excellent. Unfortunately, there was no bellman for 9 AM check out . The only evening dining available is a small menu in the bar/lounge, with seating in a large open area used for event. Breakfast was available in a second floor restaurant that only seres breakfast. The other breakfast option is room service.

Great place to stay, clean, and friendly staff.
-
Friendly staff, willing to help immediately and clean hotel.
-
I called the front desk at 12.20 AM to complain of the noise and informing them that i couldn't sleep because of it. The party disbanded about ten to fifteen minutes after my phone call. I shouldn't have to have made this call if management were monitoring this load lobby activity so late at night.

It is a great location! The hotel is another Marriott in Savannah, Ga., overpriced, all the hidden fees, they charger the guest (Me) $45.00 a day to park in the hotel parking garage at the hotel you are already paying for a room at almost $400.00 a night., just to be on the Savannah River in Savannah, Georgia on River Street. The restaurant menu did not have prices listed, very expensive. No worth spending the money for the hotel, for what you get. The showers need a deep cleaning; I put shower shoes on just to be safe.
-
Only exception to a nice stay was the internet bs and not providing that as part of the room. Parking was also questionable at $45 per day.
-
Over all the property is deserving of a rating of maybe 4/5. The room and bathroom were clean, staff was very helpful and the room service ordered meals were promptly delivered in take out plastic bags however the expectation of the hotel was somewhat disappointing. The pool was disgusting!
-
Not terrible but for the price i expected better. First night i got there they didn’t have a balcony room like we booked, but the next day they did move me. Very busy place but it was nice the hotel itself!
