Everything went well. The facility gave me an upgrade. I do not believe the bed was a King size bed, but that was ok. The room had a River view and a balcony which was really nice. I didn't like the noisy neighbors. This is the only complaint that I have other than the expense of the hotel for a 2 night stay. Other than that I have nothing left to complain about.

My kids had a wonderful time. The room was perfect for a 3 year old and 6 year old. Only problem was a shower. My little one is used to having baths and I forgot the travel blow up bath tub but we made it work. The kids also enjoyed the pool outside. There are chairs and pool towels down by the pool. They loved viewing the huge cargo ships and boats going by the hotel. We did have a balcony on the 6th floor,but we don't let our kids run wild without supervision at all times.

Overall, it was an amazing experience. Excellent location to not only downtown Savannah, but footsteps from the Riverwalk. Extremely quiet outside in the common area. Even with guest and other travelers outside. Only drawback were the loud kids in the lobby area past 10pm but other than that, it was a great stay and experience.

The location is Amazing. The staff was friendly. I had a huge bug in the shower in my room and it took 3 calls and 2 approaching housekeeping to get it removed. The weird part is that housekeeping came and cleaned the room but didn't remove the bug.
