Staff could not have been more pleasant! Large room with kitchen LR and bedroom. And there are Klondike bars on freezer !!!!

Beautifully furnished while retaining charm. Location made it easy to walk the area without having to drive No elevators but totally understand

Not your normal hotel room. It is basically an apartment. So roomy and clean! Loved watching the ships pass by through the bedroom window!

Great location I've stayed with you guys several times in the past. Not sure if the rooms are all the same. I experience a little bit more luxury in the past. The rooms that we rented were just OK for what I paid. I thought that it would have been nicer than just OK

I loved the location, the architecture, and the history of the hotel. It was very well maintained, and though the building is old, the updates are very comfortable. I loved having a balcony overlooking the river and watching the sunrise to my right. In the evenings, I had a pretty good view of the sunset, as well. The staff was extremely friendly and anxious to please. We also enjoyed happy hour in the lobby each evening. Our room was on the fourth floor, and while it was not a problem for us, there is no elevator. The entrance to the building is in the back, and parking is on the third floor level so we only had to climb one set of stairs each way. There was someone to help with luggage upon arrival. and when leaving, we took luggage across a bridge to street parking on the same level as the room.

Definitely haunted. I would stay again but not solo.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were helpful and friendly. The property had so much character. The amenities, from free on-site parking, to happy hour and ice cream, were a step above other places I have stayed.

Perfect position near to every thing. Beautiful decor and building! Stunning decor beautiful clean and historic!
