Great staff, very clean and wonderful location.

Room clean! Amenities ok! But room service was bad! Ordered hot water and cups order never came! No laundry services! But everything else was good! Location great!

Dogs everywhere. Dog barking in room next to us early each morning. Rugs dirty throughout the property. No maid service or fresh towels our last two days. We have stayed here multiple times and each year it has gone down. Won’t stay here again. Too bad as great location but place needs a clean up and keep your dogs home

Great hotel in Savannah. Friendly check-in and out. Valet was great. Clean and pet friendly hotel was perfect for overnight stay.

Another wonderful stay at the Brice Kimpton. It doesn’t make sense to stay anywhere else when traveling with pets. Staff is so helpful and friendly. The amenities are terrific and the sitting spaces are inviting. Will definitely be returning.

Clean room, small bathroom. Good location. No comp breakfast. Pretty courtyard but was rainy so we didn’t get to use it.

Liked comfortable bed, pool, staff and location. Room had moldy smell. Noise from hallways and adjoining room, high cost of valet parking.

Rooms were good location was great, staff was sweet and helpful for the most part (excluding manager at the restaurant) They charge a 30 dollar destination fee that includes 20 dollars credit which can be used at the restaurant. We were eating outside of the hotel so stopped in to get coffee one morning to spend that credit. The manager was very rude, they only had one wait staff who had to wait on all the tables and make us lattes and it seemed very understaffed. She told us “only lattes” because she probably wasn’t used to making espresso drinks. As I was waiting on the lattes a roach crawled out on the chair next to me!

The only thing 4 star were the prices of EVERYTHING! $52 parking, $20 cocktails, $40 per night for a travel fee nonsense, WiFi was out half the trip and the food was overpriced and not good. Staff was rude, Just really disappointed with this establishment. The only perk was the location, literally the only positive. The bartender was also nice. Other than that, it was such a rip off. Will not be booking here ever again.

At Kimton Brice Hotel the staff at the front desk they were amazing. We had such a good time. Everybody was nice, and the rooms were very clean. We look forward to come back again.

This was my third stay at Kimpton. Always greeted by a friendly staff. Comfortable stay and excellent location with proximity to the riverside and to the SCAD campus dorms Really disappointed with the food at Pacci. Overpriced, flavorless and expensive. Breakfast/brunch is on point but dinner was really bad

So so place. A bit run down. Not what I was expecting from Kimpton.

Nice pet friendly hotel next to plenty of green space for walking your dog.

Great for pets, terrific location. Love the “happy hour”.
