10 out of 10! Staff was amazing!

Good location. No pool. Lobby inviting

Check-in was easy. They charge for valet so we parked on the street, which was surprisingly easy for the 7/4 weekend. Easy walk to the river front and to the Old Pink House. Shower and bedding were great. You get $20 per day to use at the restaurant, but the service (from seating to food prep and everything else) is EXTREMELY SLOW. It’s like they’re punishing you for using the free credit. It’s a decent place; too bad all I’ll remember will be the precious morning hours I lost at the restaurant.

The standard room is quite small and difficult to maneuver if you have more than two people. Also the age of the hotel isn’t representative of the online photos.

Nice location. Kimpton Happy Hour is always a nice touch.

We stay at this hotel specifically due to them being very pet friendly and plenty of places to walk your dog. It’s close to downtown and walking distance to the river, the market, brought street, and more. Valet parking only and they do accommodation trucks (leveled not lifted)

It was close to the downtown parts of Savannah that we wanted to visit. The staff were rude.

This is an extremely old property. The room smelled musty. There were no plug-ins near the bed for your phone. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The phone did not work in the room. There is dog hair and all of the common spaces. It’s like the elevator rug has not been cleaned in months. This is the worst Kimpton property I have ever stayed at.

Location Didn’t service our room . Chaotic food delivery. Wrong orders. Cold coffee.

We had a great time

Good location near the main shopping area. Love that it's dog friendly. Pool was pleasant. Staff was not as attentive as they have been in the past. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we didn't get into our room until around 6pm. We were told we'd get free valet parking for the night but the $52 charge still hit my card and was not removed.

I liked the location of the property, but I felt the staff working were mostly unhappy. No one ever came to clean our room.

I did call for towels but I did not receive them

Free happy hour wine and snack No coffee maker in room. Terrible parking situation. Window. looked. into workroom. Noisy.

Wonderful room, very clean and well maintained

We liked the location, the fact that pets were welcome and overall atmosphere of the place. The only way it could have been improved was to have more electrical outlets. There was not enough outlets available to charge our phones, computers and watches near the beds.

Central location—close to great restaurants, coffee, and sites! Parking was expensive-we ended up getting a parking spot on Spot Hero a few blocks away to save money.

Entertainment in the hotel restaurant most nights. Will definitely stay again.
