Kimpton Brice Hotel by IHG

At Kimton Brice Hotel the staff at the front desk they were amazing. We had such a good time. Everybody was nice, and the rooms were very clean. We look forward to come back again.

Perfect hotel to stay with our dogs. Clean, comfortable and super helpful and friendly staff.

This was my third stay at Kimpton. Always greeted by a friendly staff. Comfortable stay and excellent location with proximity to the riverside and to the SCAD campus dorms Really disappointed with the food at Pacci. Overpriced, flavorless and expensive. Breakfast/brunch is on point but dinner was really bad

So so place. A bit run down. Not what I was expecting from Kimpton.

Nice pet friendly hotel next to plenty of green space for walking your dog.

The location was great unfortunately, the staff are not that helpful. Their coffee is only from 6am to 10am. There’s no water provided for the guests. Parking is valet only and it’s super expensive. They take an immediate credit of $50 per day which is consumable, but like my family, we don’t eat much at the property and had to leave early so we didn’t get to use it.

Really pet-friendly hotel — highly recommend for pet lovers, especially anyone traveling with a big dog. We have a large dog and he was very comfortable here. The location is great: walkable to everything. The rooms are clean and neat, and a big plus is that you can leave your dog safely in the room while you’re out. One thing to know (not the hotel’s fault): Tybee’s beaches don’t allow dogs — we didn’t find out until we got there — so being able to leave our dog at the hotel was a real help. Overall, I recommend the Brice for pet owners, big dogs included.

Very dog friendly hotel located walking distance to everything. Clean, comfortable room and wonderful staff. Garage parking a plus. Served wine in the afternoon with a nice lobby and courtyard to enjoy.

Half the staff is great, the other half is not very helpful. It’s mixed. It’s an expensive hotel so you would expect better service and cleaner rooms.

It was alright. The valet parking was super expensive, and I had to wait numerous times for my car. Hotel was pretty clean, but wasn’t spectacular.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming to us and our small dog Bentley. The hotel was very clean and we would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the Kimpton was quite lovely. The staff was courteous, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. The front desk and door staff were especially helpful, attentive, and polite, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!!!
