Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago - Schaumburg

We did not know ahead of time that there were only stairs .

The only problem was that the toilet was slow to fill to flush. So flushing was an issue at times. Other than that nice property great location and staff!

I loved the apartment feel. Everything was really clean and everyone was so helpful and nice! I will definitely stay again❤️

Superb

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had with a great variety of food.

Staff was very accommodating. Quick check-in and out. Air conditioner in room too loud

Old building not up to the mark and does not meet homewood suite benchmark

Convenient, clean The layout was confusing. We had a difficult time finding our unit. Ice machine was in a completely different building on 2nd and 3rd floors. No elevators.

Exceptional

Very friendly and attentive staff. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We unwound with some basketball in the commons area. Breakfast was really good and fresh. I will be staying here again on my next trip through the area.

The area and the quietness...

Clean nice and beautiful at night

I was looking for a place to have a short stay while visiting friends in the Chicago area. I wanted something with an outdoor pool and the choices were very minimal. Aside from the pool, which I enjoyed, the room was exactly as described and rated by previous customers. The staff upon registering and throughout the stay was top notch h. The continental breakfast offered a great variety of breakfast foods and was well-made. I also liked the location of the facility as it allowed me to do my morning walks in corporate campuses with lakes. I would highly recommend this place for business travelers or those visiting for pleasure.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room.

Superb

We had a great stay. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor area was great for adults and kids to hang out. Happy hour was nice as well as the free breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. Only issues were no elevator to our second floor room and the sofa bed was not super comfortable. The staff was wonderful.
