Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago - Schaumburg

Very friendly and attentive staff. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We unwound with some basketball in the commons area. Breakfast was really good and fresh. I will be staying here again on my next trip through the area.

Clean nice and beautiful at night

I was looking for a place to have a short stay while visiting friends in the Chicago area. I wanted something with an outdoor pool and the choices were very minimal. Aside from the pool, which I enjoyed, the room was exactly as described and rated by previous customers. The staff upon registering and throughout the stay was top notch h. The continental breakfast offered a great variety of breakfast foods and was well-made. I also liked the location of the facility as it allowed me to do my morning walks in corporate campuses with lakes. I would highly recommend this place for business travelers or those visiting for pleasure.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room.

We had a great stay. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor area was great for adults and kids to hang out. Happy hour was nice as well as the free breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. Only issues were no elevator to our second floor room and the sofa bed was not super comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Absolutely loved the hotel but the only thing I didn’t care for were the television choices!

Calm area. We didn’t like the strong smell of smoke that was absorbed into the walls and towels and finding dog droppings on the lawn was very unpleasant.

That it need deposit I thought it was included in the price

Property was pristine. Property did allow pets, but we didn't bring any. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the slamming of doors was a bit much. It was also noisy above us since we stayed on the 1st floor. We would book a stay here again, but away from the exits and book a room on the 3rd floor.
