Quality Inn Schaumburg - Chicago near the Mall

Clean room and comfortable beds. The only complaint is that the floor was wet. No leaking water detected anywhere, yet the entire floor had a film of moisture.

We had trouble with are cards working to get in and out of our room. We planned on using the hot tub or pool when we got there. The pool was full of kids with pool toys. Which had a sign that they are not allowed.

Nice place. And they can speak spanish.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location is near many of the attractions we visited! I would stay here again in the future.

The beds were amazing super soft to sleep on and room was well kept and clean. Had a wonderful 2 night stay there. Wished there was bigger drinking cups during breakfast time.

I like that the hotel was a great location and the staff was very nice. The fridge didn't stay cold so I used the ice brand filled it with ice to keep fridge good

Location Amenities Furniture is a little dated. But very clean

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and the kids liked the pool.

Hot tub was hot and working

We ended up with a handicapped room, so the bathroom had a lot of space, though the counterspace was limited. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. HVAC system worked well. Thin sheets and thin towels.

The hotel was very clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Our rooms bathroom was very dated but clean. We would definitely come back here.

The whirlpool It dated and dusty

Hot tub was kind of small. But very hot! Pool was perfect temperature. Breakfast was actually really good. Different options everyday. Room was clean. For the price and amenities, I would definitely stay again when in the area!

Room was clean and there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

The free breakfast bar was outstanding! It was always clean and the staff kept it full of HOT food.
