Quality Inn Schaumburg - Chicago near the Mall

I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but rising early cafe isn’t too far and they are beyond amazing. I hated the elevator was down they said it would be working by next day but nope still down. Overall I would for sure stay again as long as the elevator works.

Arrived a little early but was able to check in no problem. Staff member was very nice and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was stocked with amenities, it was easy to find a parking spot and parking was free, lots of restaurants in the area. I did not eat breakfast there but they have a waffle machine and serve hot food for the breakfast. Only downside was the bed was not that comfortable for me. However I would still say its a great value, I would stay here again.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. However, it takes quite a long time to get to downtown Chicago because of all the road construction.

Excellent property. The front desk staff and housekeepers were very kind and accommodating. You really can’t beat the location either.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and quiet. The only negative was the Television stations. Did not have internet channels such as youtube or prime, and had all the liberal channels for News but no conservative such as OAN, Newsmax, or FoxNews, but they did have Fox Business.

NA

The breakfast had a nice variety of options. The hotel was clean- the room smelled fresh and clean upon entrance. The carpet on the stairs looks a little worn but did not impact our stay. We were very happy with the location and amenities

Easy check in, staff was friendly and accommodating and even though the hotel was full, you couldn’t hear noise coming from hallway.

Good but not great! Just ok

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Breakfast was great everyday and very helpful staff. Will stay here again.

We stayed multiple nights. Very clean and spacious room. Quiet. Breakfast was nice and changed a little bit each day. This was a good value. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area. Because of that, my expectations were low, however, it was wonderful! Everything was VERY clean. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the pool too! Staff was very nice.

Good place to stay and convenient

I have stayed at this location many times and I have never had an issue with the hotel. This time we had very noisy children across the hall from us. There were 4 of them and they continued to slam the door and make videos running up and down the hall. At midnight, I had enough. I called the front desk, from my own phone because the room phone wasn't working, and security was up there right away. Didn't last long as they peeked out of the door and as soon as security was gone, they resumed their loud behavior. Didn't get the good night sleep I typically get when I stay here, but I will not judge the hotel for the lack of responsibility in the raising, or lack thereof, of the 4 young teenagers they thought disturbing the 3rd floor was OK.

Everything was great. The room, breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Quick check in, friendly staff at the front desk, clean room. Good breakfast. Nice TV.

Old hotel but clean. Small pool tiny I mean tiny exercise room. Onlyn2 treadmill with room enough for 1 old sweaty white man. Standard but solid eggs breakfast meat potatoes waffles breakfast with juice and coffee. Not great but clean. Lots of dope smoke smell. Lots.

Easy parking and check in. Other than the usual bathroom wear and tear great and will certainly stay here again. Staff was very nice. Super comfy bead and pillows.
