Nice hotel, very clean

Great hotel , staff was very helpful, hot tub and pool was great. Rooms were clean. Close to the biggest mall Woodfield mall and restaurant.

As soon as I entered the room, I found a large clump of hair on the floor. There was also hair on the pillow and in the bathroom, so the cleanliness was very disappointing. In addition, there were no USB charging ports next to the bed, which made charging my phone quite inconvenient.

My experience was ok!! I deducted a star because we had a hard time with the continental breakfast. I was told at the front desk that they offered a continental breakfast and when I arrived the next day I was stopped by an employee who informed me that the breakfast was $23 and I was supposed to have a voucher. Of course this was news to me. I was confused. On top of my friend also bought a burger and was charged $60 because the server failed to pay attention to what he was doing. The room was ok! Do not highly recommend

Way too much money for the room. It was ok but I would have rather spent less for what we got. Not impressed

Great place to stay

This place was great! Great staff, great room, great pool area, great breakfast, great stay. Parking is free and there was plenty of space for us. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a hot tub. All were clean and in great condition. There weren't any pool towels when we went down so I went to the front desk and informed the man there. Towels were there within 10 minutes. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was so kind. Breakfast is not free and is pretty costly if you don't add the vouchers to your room so make sure you do that. The room was clean and modern. I called down for extra blankets and they rushed some through the laundry for us. Overall, great stay with very kind staff.

Make sure you put protection on your room cause when I got there they didn’t have my double beds so I had to take a single bed and that made things difficult
