The staff was very friendly and helpful. The house keepers did a wonderful job daily of making up the room. Breakfast was a very nice variety of fruit and proteins. Many events were going on at the same time but they handled everything nicely.

Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Decor was fairly modern. Staff were extremely friendly.

Front desk personnel were very helpful and super nice to deal with. Breakfast was very delicious. Hotel is clean despite being aged. There’s hot tub with indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Mariott Schaumburg has everything you need with easy access to Interstate highways.

wine glasses Kids were running around on the corridor sometimes pounding the door while we were sleeping. No one stopped them. Then around Midnight young adults were shouting louding outside boozzing and fighting. Then after midnight you could hear a couple making wild love in the next room. We were not able to sleep well at all.

It’s a busy hotel but I now found out why because it’s a nice hotel with spacious parking area, well maintained rooms, helpful front desk and very accessible place.

The property is good and close to our tournament. Staff on reception very good and room ok too. However there was a wedding dominating the hotel along with loud music until 1am which wasn't good for our kids sleep.
