I came in super late after a cancellation at O'Hare. The staff was super friendly when I checked in.

The rooms, lobby and breakfast area were very clean. We did not use the outdoor pool but others enjoyed it. There was also an outdoor, oversized chess game, a putting green and a well-maintained vegetable garden. I really loved the steps taken for the facility to be more environmentally friendly. Patrons could help grow the garden by adding banana peels to the compost that is used in the garden. The landscaping had a lot of native plants. Also part of the parking lot was paved in bricks to help allow more rainwater to absorb into the ground. Other steps have been taken to reduce wasting water and electricity. And most importantly it’s a very comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay

Brand new hotel. Was very clean and modern. Will definitely stay again if ever back in Schaumburg. Great location close to highways and food, etc

Super clean and great staffing

Very clean, easy to get around. Pretty quiet.

Desk staff was very helpful and personable. Weight room could have been better but is was still useable. Just not a big selection of equipment. Breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was pretty clean, the shower could have been cleaner. Property was very nice and a great location. The only downside was that we booked because of the outside games, mostly mini golf, only to find out we needed to provide our own balls and clubs, which is just not something I usually have on hand while on vacation. A heads up would have been nice, but overall it was a good stay. Would stay here again.

Pool was great!! Was dissappointed that the pancake station was not working and the Miso soup station was also not set up either morning. Other than that, everything was great.

Facilities and room were clean. Not far from downtown Schaumburg. Evening staff was not the most responsive/quick to help at check-in, and one expressed that we shouldn't book through hotels.com because it makes it more challenging for them (but booking through their website costs more).

Good location, close to highway but safe and very nice area. Hotel and room were very clean. Very cool outside recreation (pool, giant chess, cornhole, and putting green). Down the road from lots of restaurants and shopping.

Hotel is very new, rooms are really clean, love the LVF instead of carpet in the rooms, beautiful walk-in showers, and charging stations on the night stand. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dirty room, floors, mirror, wardrobe. You could tell they just changed the sheets and thats about it. Also, hot room. We sent the temp to 69, it wouldn't go under 72 and went up to 74 in the night. There was a kids coat in the closet and veggie straws on the floor
