Historic building. Water pressure decent, but not great. Ancient elevator, but it works. Check-in desk is across the street. No free parking, but a $20 daily lot one steep block away. Walkable to tourist center, Capitol Hill, and Convention Center, but very steep climb.

The room was clean but the property is very old so only book here if you have low expectations, no AC and old bathroom

Clean, but outdated room. No AC was tough. Need better pillows.

An older hotel in v good shape and clean. Room furniture shows some wear and tear from age, but everything works. Nice surprise, is that the hotel has installed air conditioning in the rooms. When booked in January, it was stated that there was no a/c

It was inexpensive for the area, which was enough. There was no food really close by which was the biggest problem

Quiet location but could still walk to places. Good sized room. Good coffee machine in room. Room was basic and a bit run down, but they were clearly updating it all gradually. Didn't have our correct booking details at start then put us in a room with only 1 bed, had booked 2 beds as we are a family of 3. But it was sorted quickly.

This hotel is fine for two of us. I booked this hotel because our Grandma is in the hospital and we may need to run to the hospital over night if anything happens. I paid $300 because I have to but the hotel really is not at $300 value. The beds are ok but it’s too expensive for the value…. (Very old, no staff have to go cross the street, the snack bar was locked I can’t even get water. Everything is so old, pipe makes noises, beds are small, etc.

Has a cool old feel. Very nice. Throwback vibes, felt like a kid of the 70s again. The spot has an older vibe but it is very clean and doesn't have bad smells. No AC, but hopefully they will add them to each room for the brief heat spells of the summer. G line is a block away and they run every 10 minutes so getting downtown and back is a breeze. Plenty of shops to eat near by and its pretty quiet at night. Peace UNCLE SHREDDED WHEAT

This is a great hotel close to all the downtown Seattle attractions and has a public parking lot adjacent for $1/hour which isn't bad. The hotel was very clean, the shower was amazing, and the housekeeping and front staff were terrific. I'll stay there again! No AC, but, it's nice to have windows open in the summer and a cool breeze wafting in.

One issue came up with WiFi access. Evidently... the front of the hotel doesn't get a strong signal like the back of the hotel. The front desk immediately changed my room so I could have access. Above and beyond.

Old building. No frills, but perfect location. Great if you just need a decent place to stay.

Solid, no-frills hotel close to Capitol Hill and downtown. Clean and friendly.
