I highly recommend Hotel Sorrento for those who care about quality service, amenities and very kind staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It's an absolute beautiful hotel.

Shout out to Miles who was super helpful on the phone. The entire staff was very courteous. The courtyard restaurant was terrific.
-
Lovely property with much of it original. Spacious stateroom; comfortable bed; attentive staff.
-
A little hard to find entrance as it is not at 900 Madison, but rather on Terry. Lot of traffic and odd traffic patterns. There is a 24h parking lot across from entrance, quite small but fine if space. EV chargers. $24 instead of valet at 60 or 65. Virginia Mason medical bldgs 5 min walk. I'd stay here again!

Nice looking property, expected the same from the room.
-
Poor facilities in room. Ancient plumbing. Paid the premium because of the world cup 2026 but the hotel didn't even have a TV in the lobby/lounge for guests to enjoy.

Old charm.

Good downtown location. Staff was very kind

Not recommended for folks with chemical sensitivity.

What a charming stay! Absolutely delivers on European feels combined with that Seattle touch.
-
Wonderful, walkable location 3 blocks from the Frye museum. Terrific terrace with great cocktails and food and a live jazz trio the evening I was there. Super friendly and helpful staff.

In a beautiful old historic building in a very cool and walkable neighborhood with many restaurants, not too far from the waterfront, etc. Good soundproofing from busy city noise from outside. Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Snobby check in, inconvenient parking or very expensive valet parking, very noisy between rooms and from the hallway. I usually expect better noise control inside more upscale hotels. The wall heater was 1000 years old and pretty noisy also.
-
The facility itself had a lot of character and charm. A great deal of time and money was spent to update this fine old building All in all it was good but I can see that the location itself was not in an area that was as revitalized as others we encountered while in Seattle

Awesome stay.... However I did not see the ghost... but this was a good thing :-)
-
Clean room and helpful staff. Beautiful downstairs fireside room and bar and restaurant. Nice outside dining area at street level. Small paided parking across the street or valet parking with hotel.
-
Nothing The property was old and had window units in the room to keep cool and we heard every noise outside since the window was open for the unit. The bathroom was full of hair and had to call someone to come back up and clean. The room smelled musty or as my wife called it a poop my smell. The overall stay was terrible for the price. To expensive for a old and dirty hotel
-
Beautiful hotel, wonderful restaurant and bar with incredible food. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stella's was amazing. Only drawback to the room was lack of fan in the bathroom with a window that would not remain open
