A little old, and worn, could use a remodel or at least fresh paint.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The hotel was comfortable and fairly well maintained. It was wonderful to be right there at the hospital location.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff and everyone was very friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for one night at the beginning of a WA vacation. For the price it was a good choice and walkable to the waterfront sites (though a steep hill going back to the hotel). Although the hotel was old and not updated, the rooms were clean and staff was helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

No parking except a lot around the corner for $26 for a day

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Good location but be ready to hike up and down steep hill to get to downtown.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Great location next tot the hospital. The little cafe downstairs was amazing!

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It sucked, it was old, nothing was kept up. Elevator super small.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Loved the location. Nice balance between downtown and lumens field. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

    The location was fantastic.

Parking was a challenge with many events occurring in the city the time of our visit. Clearer parking options and instructions would be helpful for those nkt familiar with the city

A little dated but served the purpose of just somewhere to sleep. Old noisy window air conditioners and fuse tripped and power went out in the bedroom when using the provided hairdryer.

The hotel is old but well-maintained; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. It has an excellent location and attentive staff—even though we arrived very early, our room was ready for us. There is a very pleasant restaurant with delicious food. I recommend it.

We did not have to use parking. The placeb was very nice felt safe. Very quaint. Would stay there again. Highly recommend this place..

Older hotel with outdated amenities, furniture, etc., but cleaqn and comfortable and perfect for anyone in town with patients in a hospital.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

No AC. Horrible WiFi connection. I booked a room at the The Inn but when I got there I was told they would put me up at the Baroness across the street. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the places downtown one would want to walk to. The bar is good and the outside terrace is adorable - but the website shows a "happy hour" and we were told that has been discontinued, which was disappointing. There is a roof terrace from which you can see Mt. Rainier, which is cool. On the other hand, the hotel is "historic" and needs some upkeep and updating. There was no attempt to get us in earlier than our 4 p.m. checkin, though they did hold our luggage for us while we went downtown.
