The biggest issue came when our toilet overflowed. I went to the front desk to request assistance and was told there was no maintenance staff available. I was initially offered another room, but then informed there weren’t any rooms available. I asked for a mop bucket and towels so I could clean it myself. The front desk asked a housekeeper to help, but the housekeeper declined. I was then offered a broom to clean up standing water, which made no sense. Eventually, I was given a mop bucket, but no cleaning solution, so I had to ask for that as well. At checkout, I expressed my concerns about the unexpected parking fee and the lack of communication. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was told I was “the only one who complained.” My response was that perhaps I was one of the few guests who wasn’t there for the World Cup and therefore had no reason to expect an event-related parking surcharge. Good communication and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, the unexpected charges, lack of support during a maintenance issue, and dismissive response to my concerns

I was very impressed by how clean the room and common areas were. The room was also more spacious than expected. It was a really good place to stay.

The staff delayed my check-in by an hour while they tried to get me to pay these additional fees. I would never stay here again.

The staff tried to charge me an additional USD 130/night to park overnight despite the fact that booking.com specifically advertised "free parking". They also tried to charge me an additional USD 75 for my dog despite the fact that my reservation included a pet there was no mention of a pet fee on booking.com. The staff delayed my check-in by an hour while they tried to get me to pay these additional fees. I would never stay here again.

The only bad part of my stay is that I asked for an extra comforter and was told they don’t offer extra blankets. The staff were nice and professional and the room was clean.

Clean all the way around , nice room and amenities, quiet and a little away from noise and busy roads.

Suck everything

No breakfast was a bummer but the free coffee was good. The $250 deposit is still not off of our account even though the front desk employee at your hotel upon check-in said it would drop off when we checked out. This charge was a total surprise to us and not explained well at all on the booking site. The room (and hallways on our floor) smelled terrible and I reported this to the staff upon checkout because I think it was originating from the sink drain. The person at the front desk upon checkout said that she would tell Maintenance. The shower hose is old and needs cleaned or updated because the pressure was very low and it took forever to get hot water flowing from it. The front desk person at check in brought up a Febreze spray to spray our room because the smell was so bad.

It was great location to everything we wanted to explore in our few days there. Our room was very spacious. I wish there was a cot option. Or adding a couch to the room would have been helpful.
