The location The water ran cold during the shower and no light in the shower and no plugs in the bathroom!

We were forced to drive an hour back to Montgomery, as when we arrived they didn’t have the room we’d paid for.

Nothing Room had no heat at all the TV didn’t work

Nothing I booked the room, they charged me right away, then denied my husband to the room. He had to pay for it again, why shouldn't they reimburse me when they were the ones that denied him. Its BS!! Money hungry bastards
