Additionally, the room across the hall hosted a loud party throughout the night. Both we and our friends, who had booked a separate room next to ours, contacted the front desk multiple times to report the disturbance, but no action was taken. While the check-in experience was positive, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of response to guest complaints made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Bed sheets are stained, bathroom is outdated. Not worth paying $100 for the stay. Living room has a AC but the electricity of the AC is open on the floor and it is very dangerous. The whole corridor of the motel smells very strong deodorant, they sprayed it to cut the smell of Weed people smoking inside. The community is dodgy. Be aware of this nonsense Motel in Sharonville.

The size of the bed .roaches...dirty freezer. Dirty sheets... would not give me another or move my room. False advertisement for breakfast, there was none. Management disregard my complaints. Fire alarm went off for almost an hour at 3am..and my tv wifi kept going out so

Nothing Was charged a undisclosed fee and was told I’ if i didn’t have it soon he was going to cancel the room so i had to borrow the money from someone because the room was non refundable had to change rooms and they turned power off at 9:30am check out was 11

Surprised that there's nowhere to hang up clothes. Shocked that breakfast was only served on Saturday and Sunday. Disappointed that when breakfast was available there wasn't any juice or waffles served. Didn't expect them to require a $40 deposit. I stayed 4 nights and the room was only serviced once.
