Great customer service. Staff very friendly.

We booked last minute during a road trip. Let me say I’ve stayed in worse but also stayed in much better. As soon as we stepped off elevator to 2nd floor there was a very strong stale odor that also was in our room. It did for a resting spot overnight but wouldn’t book here again. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Suites that were much nicer.

The location is convenient. The room was comfortable. It was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. When we checked in , my room was already paid for. When they asked for a cc for incidentals they kept telling me my card was declined. It wasn’t of course but the number they gave me and the expiration of the card were not even mine. The first room had some issues and we had to be moved but after all that it was a good place.

The room was not clean. The hide a bed that we specifically rented the room for was not clean at all it had stains all over the mattress we folded up the couch and tried to use the couch alone and it also had stains all over it

Location Pool was green, facilities were dirty and in need of repair. Breakfast was less than to be desired and the poor worker in charge of it could barely walk. Front desk staff was not real friendly

Breakfast was good. The location was excellent.

My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.

Nothing There was food in the food out bed. The shower curtain had mold. The wall around the window in the hallway looked as if it was falling apart. The plug in inside the bathroom was black. The roof leaked in the bathroom. The whole place is a safety concern

They have cereal for breakfast and no milk A couple of pieces of plastic wrapped bread that look months old the juice machine does not work They don’t stock the fridge There is only eggs and meat I would not come back

Terrible breakfast. The smell of weed is everywhere. Hindu pictures posted above the exits.

Staff were really helpful, our beds were comfortable and the shower had really good pressure and hot water. However, the room smelled a bit funky and the sofa bed mattress was a bit dirty. Not bad over all, but could have been better for $200+ a night.

Room was dirty. Smelled stank and smoky. Hallway smelled like weed. 2nd floor only, third floor smelled fine. Ice maker 2nd floor out of order.

Staff was great and hotel was clean. Room was spacious for my crew.I would have gave a 5, but the pool was down for maintenance and that was the main thing my son was looking forward too.

When checking in the front desk kady was busy on her phone. She acted put out with my question. I was there for one night suprising my daughter she was getting proposed to. Iasked if my room was close to hers and she said she didnt know. Like she couldnt look her up and tell me. Later we were hungry we asked where was a good place to go eat and she said she would go home, seriously we arent from around there she couldnt suggest something? Our refrigerator wasnt working it was rusted we only had enough for 1 person to have coffeein our room and we wasnt about to ask the front desk.
