Hilton Garden Inn Shreveport

Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.

The location was close to my reason for coming to Shreveport, the housekeeping staff were super kind when passing through the halls...thats about it Where to start? The entire hotel was hot, the hallways had a horrible smell to them, our room was not cleaned very well, I have photos to follow, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, the wall looked like it had boogers smeared on it, the cover for the box spring of the bed was stained and had a rip in it and the table between the beds was about to fall off the wall and had a broken panel under it that was just proped up against the wall....

the bathroom sink and counter were fine but the stand itself was very rusted and off-putting. Seeing the clean white towels next to the rusty counter looked terrible. At the very least, it should have been painted or something.

We did get up for breakfast, but we were expecting continatial breakfast. I did not read enough of the information. The tub/shower did to have been cleaner. I need to have my name correct when I check in. The last three stays that I reserved has had me listed as Tillman Roger, my name is Roger Tillman.

Nice hotel, however there was a light shining from out side my room all night lighting up my room. The beds are like sleeping on boulders. Needless to say. Myself my wife and my son pretty much stayed awake the entire night. Can’t say that I would come back to this hotel.

The customer service was prompt, friendly clean, and helpful. They were very informative of the surrounding area.

Sergio and Daryl were very helpful and great when I was having car trouble. They were extremely helpful. The bathroom shower fixture broke and the toilet didn't flush. My mom was staying in the same hotel and ended up using her bathroom.

The staff were excellent. The facilities were extremely clean. It was an excellent experience. Personal shoutout to Keondra that works the food and bar area for breakfast on the weekdays. She was extremely polite, friendly, and accommodating. My Verizon service didn’t work well, but that’s about it. I’m sure that’s not Hilton’s fault.

The mirror in the room was the only thing I thought was super cute. When I got there I had to wait almost 3 hours to check in due to short of staff and rooms wasn’t ready. There was no towels in my room didn’t get any until after 11 that night. The hot water wasn’t working at all. And the beds are so hard and uncomfortable. This is the first Hilton I ever had a bad experience at.
