Courtyard by Marriott Shreveport Airport

Very satisfied with our stay here.

The desk attendant was equally kind and courteous, and I was checked in with no delay. The bed felt like heaven, and after a short soak in a hot bath, I fell asleep quickly for a blissful 4 hours, before my alarm went off to rise and shine for another day of travel. The morning shuttle driver was friendly and courteous to all of us, and made sure we were all comfortable before heading to the airport. I will be a faithful Marriott fan from now on!!

This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come then I don't come stay. This really is a great place to stay and I hope that fur babies will be welcomed in the near future.

Everything was very very nice….it was clean the room was nice. I was very impressed. The tub could be upgraded or turned into a standing shower but other than that, it was great!

Old hotel that was not kept up well. Thought Marriott had standards. Guess I was wrong.

When inquired if any compensation for the inconvenince, said was not due to was a " city" problem. Luckiky I travel with bottled water, enough to wash face, brush my teeth, and take a bird Bath, no pun intended. When I check into a Hotel, I don't consider water an amenity, but a necessity

Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable. We ate at the Bistro. Prices were competitive and the food that we ordered (dinner) was very tasty. ALL of the staff that we dealt with were very friendly as-well-as being professional.

Staff was courteous, room was below expectations.

I like that the rooms were clean. We asked for clean tiles from a housekeeper who was working on our floor.We saw her leave for the day and no one brought us tiles so we had to go ask the front desk clerk. The website stated there was a restaurant on site that served breakfast but according to staff at front desk, they decided not to show, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

It wasn’t the room, it was the room next to my room. They was slamming the door real early. I’m thinking it was a team that was staying at the same time I was. Didn’t get no sleep

Everything about the hotel and the staff is great. My room was very clean and the staff is super nice. I don't have any complaints. This was not my first time staying here, I always stay here by choice. It has always been clean, this time around they remodeled and I like it even more. I know some parts of Shreveport are a little rough, but I give you my word this hotel is in a good area. I assure you it's clean and the staff is kind and accommodating. This is a safe hotel, I've stayed here many times and I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is at 6001 Financial Plaza Shreveport LA 71129
