Awesome stay, felt so welcomed

The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast options was great. Although the people that stayed in the room overnight told me when i got back that they kept smelling cigarette smell coming thru the airconditioner. Which i think it came from ppl smoking outside. But it was a bit overwhelming for them.

The room were clean the breakfast was good I just didn't like that it took too long to reimburse my deposit

Yes breakfast was good and the parking was easy and safe.

Room was very dirty and smelled really bad.

Good breakfast Liked it all

Room was clean and cooled down by the time we got there. Nice hot water for a shower and very comfortable beds.

The lady who checked us in, Christine, was a joy to work with

Hot breakfast selections were sparse. Only eggs, sausages and waffles. Coffee bar provided no creamers except half and half.

The breakfast was good and hot. The staff was super nice and I love how they are on top of security.

The pillows! The shower, it's in a bathtub and it was very slippery and poor drainage.

Clean Bed uncomfortable

Staff at night check in was great and had our request ready for us. Downside was breakfast no coffee by 630 and no breakfast.

Courtyard bed mattress

Book in advance, this Hotel's is my favorite place to stay when in the Shreveport area. Try it, and sure you will make it your home when visiting, also. The staff, as well as the Guest are friendly. Kids have fun, too!

Room was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable.

If you on budget this get you decent night rest. Stay was good few issues but overall it was okay. Staff is kind and helpful.
