This place is trash

A/C in room was not working. Had to open door in order to cool room from outside air.

There were no cups for coffee, no coffee packets to make coffee. No bath stuff for taking bath in the room. Had to go to desk to get the supplies .

Everything was good

The hotel had a bad odor, there was food in our refrigerator from the previous guest, so room was not thoroughly cleaned. We immediately went and found another room and did not stay at that facility. I did not get a refund but could not stay there!

The room was clean but the shower was broken and had hair in the drain.

Elevator out of service. Room has no working AC, smelled awful and there were a pair of dirty underwear on the floor of the room that was supposed to have been cleaned. The whole place is run down and very dirty. I do not recommend anyone stay there.

Breakfast fine, room clean, no desk light, no overhead light, window blind wouldn't roll up, no coffee pots in whole complex that worked

Staff was excellent shoutout to Cheryl/Stephaine they make you feel like you at home always take care of your need also Bee was great!

Sheets did not look clean, they were very wrinkled, room smelled like it had been smoked in. Tv remote was missing. But bed was comfortable, shower had nice hot water and worked, toilet needs new pull chain, it was corroded off the lever. Not somewhere i look forward to coming back to but you get what you pay for i guess, I was trying to save 20 bucks.

It was good for the price. The bathroom did need to be cleaned better but other than that it was great. Great service great breakfast.

The location I didn’t like that the staff gave my room key to another guest and there aren’t any laches on the room doors so that man just walked right into my room

LOCATION This was my Worst stay Ever out of all the yrs I have stayed at this hotel!!! There was a smell in thelobby area, the nain door is broken it dosn't close all the way. The elevator had as.ell, the floor hallway smelled. My room smelled funny, the bedhad no bedspreadon just sheets, my remote didnt wkrk but my biggest irritation was the fact the bathtub looked dirty. It was nasty, tub will also fill up with water as I'm preparing to shower the floor of the tub felt slimy. As if it hadn't been clean, good. I was placed in a room on the third floor I had never stayed on the third floor before but it was just disgusting. I was so disappointed.I feel I need to find me another hotel to start staying in when I come to visit family. I will not be staying at this hotel.Anymore

Once again Ms Stephaine was Awesome check-in was great and professional and the room was great clean and fresh and i ended with the same room from last year 312 the bed is soooo comfortable i would recommend anybody who looking for a nice stay 10/10 for me Wyndham is win for me Thank you Ms Stephaine

The beds were nice Breakfast cuts off to early still two hours before check out

Room was nice and cozy and quiet. I have no complaints
