My room was 111. It was not well clean, it smelled like urine by one of the beds, also, the was mice droppings in one of the beds. The area where the AC is located, the base is coming off and there are ants. The floor carpet was dirty as well. Staff is nice and helpful.

The Front Desk Clerk was pleasant. The facility was badly maintained. It's summer, the pool was closed, it's water dirty and green algae. Although a non-smoking building, the hallways and our room reaped with the smell of smoke. The room had mold growing around the bathtub and bath sink. The windows seals were weather damaged and also displayed mold build up. Within 10 minutes of being in the room I had a headache. Although I was tired, there was no way I could remain in the room without my family and I getting sick.

I went for a cheaper hotel and regret staying here. First room, water was running out of bath faucet and couldn't even move the handle. Switched rooms and realized it really needed a remodel. Wallpaper falling off the wall, bath tiles so loose they moved when you walked on them. Stained carpet. There wasn't even a smoke alarm in the room.

Room 1 (non smoking room) had a horrible cigarette smell.they put us in another room, that hadn't even been cleaned, ironing board still out linens on the floor, beds unmade, trash all over. They put is in a 3rd room. Again dirty, trash on the floor, dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor, bullet hole in the window, bed unmade. Again smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. We just asked for a refund and left, drove the last 5 hours home. Worst hotel ever. One would think that at $130/ night it would you would be able to sleep there. Do better this was unacceptable. And no response from the manager /owners or anyone. Very disappointed

Nothing clean ghetto, odor

Very dirty place to stay and not worth $120. Elevator buttons did not work. The floor was stained and sticky. There was one towel in our double full room. I went down and asked about towels and the guy behind the counter said I’ll bring you some in ten minutes they are in the dryer this was at 11pm. After 25 minutes I went back down and he had them on the counter. Went back up in the room and there was hair on the towels. The furniture was falling apart. The trim was coming off the wall. We had a single cup coffee pot with nothing for it. We could not get the shower head to work all the way. Will not ever stay at this hotel or one like it again.

This is a wonderful place to use.

Need upgrades overall ok place to stay for the price

Need some upgrades .other than that it was ok for the weekend at great price

Reservation was for Mon July 6th thru 7th. I went to this hotel twice trying to check-in. I was informed that their Wi-fi was down. I had no place to go I had to sleep in my car. I want to be reimbursed my $58.00 dollars. Its not my fault they had no Wi-fi. I was there and could not get a room.

I always have a good experience at this property!

This place is trash

A/C in room was not working. Had to open door in order to cool room from outside air.

There were no cups for coffee, no coffee packets to make coffee. No bath stuff for taking bath in the room. Had to go to desk to get the supplies .

Everything was good

The hotel had a bad odor, there was food in our refrigerator from the previous guest, so room was not thoroughly cleaned. We immediately went and found another room and did not stay at that facility. I did not get a refund but could not stay there!

The room was clean but the shower was broken and had hair in the drain.

Elevator out of service. Room has no working AC, smelled awful and there were a pair of dirty underwear on the floor of the room that was supposed to have been cleaned. The whole place is run down and very dirty. I do not recommend anyone stay there.

Breakfast fine, room clean, no desk light, no overhead light, window blind wouldn't roll up, no coffee pots in whole complex that worked
