Nice place and great location for entertainment and shopping

Hotel location is very good. Hotel is a bit older room was good to ok. elevator especially off the street level was old and made my wife worry. Lower entrance off street not impressive. It is may 3 1/2 stars . Good location but not impressed.

Great Staff, clean room

Hotel was fine. A little stuffy and the AC in the room kept acting up and making lots of noises. So, I couldn't sleep. Also, the elevator and door key card entry failed, and we had to wait to be escorted through the service elevator to get to our rooms. No ideal but wasn't a deal breaker.

Room was clean

The hotel location is great and the gym is a Gold's Gym, but it's quite old and disorganized. Housekeeping barely visits your room. The elevator is very old and noisy, one day it's going to take off! Overall, not worth the money.

I enjoyed my corner suite. The staff was really friendly. The parking was super convenient for the hotel and the retail shops and restaurants in the area.

The room and other areas of the property were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that it would be nice to have breakfast included.

easy access from the street has a public parking attached to it so you don't pay on weekends for parking

The staff was very helpful to get us into our hotel room a bit earlier than the 3 pm check in time. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
