Courtyard Silver Spring Downtown

Superb

Good customer service, nice centralized location for food, shopping and just casual enjoyment! For the location of downtown I was expecting more of an actual bar for an ambience not limited beer and wine in a canteen area or at a cafe with limited hours or no staff in the area during open hours . The rooms could use some updating. Parking can be difficult if you are unaware to park in the garage, there is no true entrance and you have to be buzzed in even on check in. My room had a great view of downtown!

Clean, comfy, beautiful lobby, safe, nice bed. Tried to charge me an early checkout fee when I only stayed one night? Not multiple nights, when I prepaid on here too.

Easy check in; staff was helpful and nice; room was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful size room, comfy beds...would stay again.

The only problem was with paper coffee caps which were not supplied but coffeee maker has not accepted glass caps from the bathroom.

My room was immaculate, the staff was very helpful when the deadbolt locked me out from the outside. My stay was overall a great experience. I look forward to my next visit when I’m back in town.

I loved the view from the 10th floor. I loved the on site parking garage parking. The staff was amazing at check in and check out. I loved how you needed a key to get into the building and use the elevator. The room was a tad smaller than i thought. The bistro/ restaurant wasn’t what i expected.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel.

The ice machine did not work, unable to have ice, but other than that, the room was clean. It was nice to have everything within walking distance. enjoyed having a great window view to watch the sunrise.

The Bed was Great!! The decor was a bit dated and some finishes a bit worn, but eveything worked and was clean. The A/C was inexplicably cold in the hallway...

Location is great, but property is a bit shabby.

Terrible check-in entrance is confusing the main lobby entrance is from the garage but the door is locked you have to be buzzed in and the front desk worker refused to let me in without me having an online reservation. I wanted to book at the desk but was forced to make reservation on my phone just so I can be let in the building.

The property is very tired, needs upgrading but the staff are terrific. A great breakfast can be purchased at their small bistro in the morning, drinks available in the evening.

Rooms were nice and perfect location

Great location, able to drop in to DC see some sights, come back and enjoy the local dinning. Loved the farmers market. Lobby was hot and parking was expensive.
