My room door didn't lock while me and my daughter stayed there they spent my second whole day in my room trying to fix it ..it never happened ruined my day because I couldn't leave my things in my room without it locking next day they finally switched me to a new room that was dirty and had hair in the tub I asked for 2 more nights being as tho I was distracted and taking off course from my main goal of being in the room and I couldn't even get another night since it was sold out and I couldn't even get a discount or atleast some of my money back

Great stay

The staff was very helpful. I think one of the female owners helped me carry my luggage to the room. I had just left the hospital.

Sometimes nobody in the front

People get into your room at night looking for something. The bathroom didn't work. Horrible experience.

AC didn't work. Floors were dirty and turned my feet black. Shower dirty. TV had

The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. I could not find the Travelodge office to register. Out of desperation, I went to the Days Inn, which adjoined the Travelodge, to find out where to go to register. At the Days Inn, I saw a sign over the registration desk: Register here for Days Inn and Travelodge. It would have been nice to have had a sign on the door of the old Travelodge office with directions to register at the Days Inn. It would have made check-in much faster and easier. During my observation of staff interactions, the guest staying at Days Inn received more attention and faster service. Parking was more than adequate. The property was within walking distance of a Target and several restaurants. If I were to stay here again, I would try the Days Inn. The renovation seems further along.

I got robed in the motel, don’t go!
-
Housekeeping was very rude and I still end up staying for one more night The comforters had burnt holes in it
-
Staff working gave us non-AC room when temperature outside was 100+ and showed real bad attitude. He was working manager on duty
-
Room was clean but pretty beat up so it made us feel like it wasn't clean. For the price and to sleep for just 8 hours, it served our purpose.
-
The breakfast was an even bigger joke. There was one coffee machine. That was it.
-
It was a nice place to sleep. Price was adequate. Breakfast was non-existent.
-
price 1st room had no wifi reception at all, manager had me call wifi support instead of him, they opened trouble ticket but nothing happened, manager gave us another room where wifi was spotty. I would not recommend this lodging to anyone who needs the internet.

Checked out early and as soon as possible. Pictures on expedia/hotel site bear no resemblance to the actual rooms, look at independent reviews. To be fair Expedia have followed up on our complaints. Do not book here is our advice.

Great!
-
Cleaning the room or basic bed redressing was not done. Very poor internet connection
-
The price per night for the room and its closeness to Metro and to DC internet was very inconsistent, there were no snack vending machines, the soda machine did not give proper change and dropped down the wrong soda, we had to climb up a flight of steps to get to our room level - no elevators
-
Don't go there. Don't stay there. The rooms was filthy. The laundry on the beds was dirty. The only good thing about being there was leaving

Staid eight nights. Very basic, which was fine for the need I had. Room was always humid. Sit was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, it did not. I did not request one, so not sure if one would have been made available or not. Needs lots of TLC. Bus routes were convenient. Walking distance to metro station. Nearby laundromat and dry cleaning. Target very close by.
