Nothing The uncleanliness

Decent location Elevators weren’t working on the first floor. Kinda dirty. No other visitors there. Parking was horrible.

Nothing It looks nothing like the pictures, there was roaches and mold in the bathroom, stairwells had dirt and spiderwebs everywhere

The location and staff was helpful and friendly. The tv didn’t work , the heat didn’t work , the couch looked alive and stained . The hallways smelled the , elevator smelled . The furniture was broken , chipped and carpet was disgusting and stained . The filmore “fell off” . We came 2 hours before our event so there really was no time to relocate or try to work it out because the line was extremely long .

The staff is really nice and helpful My sister had a mouse in her room and the staff didn’t seem surprised when she told them, just said they will send someone up to get it. The tub was dirty and the couch cushions were raggedy.

the facilities and the comfortability does not fit that of a 4 star hotel. this is a 2 star hotel and should work on upgrading its facilities. they should also not lie about their rating knowing the services they provide. it is really not worth the price

It was surrounded by restaurants within walking distance They overcharge for parking, had NO coffee, no pool, charged $18 for a Continental breakfast. It was an older establishment that was way over priced. We were charged $3 for a cup of coffee and they wouldn't even supply cream. Horrible place to stay!

Carpets and couch were very dirty with stains and smelled. Only got 2 bath towels.

Outstanding location in downtown Silver Spring close to many dining and shopping destinations right outside the door. Close to the DC metro. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Staff is very nice and helpful. In my first room, a rodent, either a big mouse or small rat ran across my room and behind the dresser. Also, safe didn’t work but there was a mini fridge. Front desk let me change rooms no problem. Second room had a working safe but no mini fridge which was a bummer as I had some food and with the rodent issue, had to leave in my car. Shower lacked hot water at one time. The worst part though was the door to the adjoining room. There is no sound insulation in this scenario and you’re forced to listen to EVERYTHING going on in the next room and the neighbors of course hear you too. It’s terrible and I must remember to ask first and insist on a fully private room. This hotel seems like a good value but is down at the heels and may not be worth the cost savings.

I like the location and cleanliness. I dislike the parking system. Guests should be able to sleep well without worrying about car being towed in case time runs out while asleep. Validation parking should be provided for guests. Also, there is no microwave in the room.

The location is good.

It was in walking distance if many restaurants and shops. We saw a concert at the Filmore and it was a very short walk. The cost for the area is a deal! The bed and room were comfortable. Nothing

The staff were very professional and helpful. We needed to have the heat repaired and the safe needed to be re-programmed. The front desk staff were very helpful, the maintenance men came quickly and they fixed the problems. The hotel is a little run down and our of date. Only one elevator was working, the sofa bed in the living room was old and uncomfortable, and the heat system was very old.

The excitement was felt when one of the guests activated the fire retardant system in his room because the entire hotel is nonsmoking!!!
