I love the hotel and enjoyed my stay
-
Clean room place walking distance to restaurants and stores. Would stay here again.

Parking was expensive ($26 a day on site) and their system was down so the check in was slow and they locked me out of the room on the next day and said they didn't know what room I was in. I also received a random charge afterwards that I have no clue why.

Easy check in and convenient location. Comfortable beds, quiet AC and clean bathroom. Thank you!

Upon arriving, my wife went to take a shower and was welcome to hair in the bathtub, and since none of us had been in the bathtub, this was not a good sign of things to come. The beds are hard and unforgiving. The television was hard to operate. The evening, Staff we’re short and cold not very welcoming the morning desk people were much better. The housekeeper was kind and helpful. and one more point of contention if you were going to offer breakfast at a cost $27 per person is ridiculous. Your hotel was recommended by a family member who was shocked when we told her the events of our stay. I hope that you use these thoughts and comments to initiate real change. Good luck and be well.

I like everything

The hallways were dirty, I killed insects in our room every day we were there and I had to make 3 requests to get a bar of soap for the bathroom. The first night, someone knocked on our door at 11;30 at night to see if our room was occupied. The front desk said their computer system was down and they had no other way to check for open rooms. The restaurant closed at 10 after breakfast and didn't reopen until 5 for dinner, leaving Starbucks as the option for food. We needed an accessible room and it turned out to be the next to the last room down the hall from the elevator. Not an easy walk for my elderly mother. I do not recommend this place.

Computers down. Checkin was long. No shower curtain.
-
Close to public transportation and close to shopping shops and restaurants! Very modern and spacious rooms!
-
Parking. Bartending staff not real friendly. Properly was clean and well located.
-
Great customer service, excellent water pressure in the bathroom. The mattress was terrible, we slept crooked on one spot to make it work. I enjoyed the yummy cookies given at the front desk.
-
My third time to this hotel and one of my favorite hotels.

Staff wasn’t polite or helpful. Got to room, sheets were dirty and stained and had to call to have changed Disappointing for what we paid No coffee in lobby
-
The garage was not clean, below par for such a fine hotel. The carpets are overdue for change in rooms. Great staff!
