The parking procedure seemed a little complicated for an old man.

The Frontdesk girls were fantastic!

Good breakfast So check out is at 11 am. At 9:57am I was awakened by one of the cleaning ladies standing In the door inside of my room ( door closed and everything btw ) she said she knocked but no one answered ( Because I was sleeping still obviously ) if she had knocked hard enough I could’ve answered the door because I’m not a heavy sleeper. idk I just found it very weird and uncomfortable how she just let herself in my room like that, now imagine if I wasn’t there…. Just keep your Do Not Disturb Tag on the outside of the door at all times folks please especially if you have children.

Staff working well with me even though they did not know sign language. Because of their patience and willingness, we were able to communicate.

We pulled up already didn’t get rental car had my van 8 foot parking garage was 5 8 they made it work all night my van was safe mind you was there for a concert at filmore thank you for saving me hotel was a solid 15 on the nicest staff accommodation was very considerate caring not one word when I came down at 4 am yes I’m an early riser and cleaniness clean as a whistle just wanted to say thank you see you October 20 21 22

Room was a comfortable size, bed and pillows were excellent. Bathroom was narrow but acceptable. Parking was horrific. $26.00 is unreasonable. There was no signage to indicate where to drive into before you checked into the hotel. There was no signage to tell you what to do when you returned to the hotel late, after the main parking entrance closed. Just plain annoying. The hotel itself was fine and the room rate, for today's world, was reaonable.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, from the check in to breakfast and all other questions. The room was small but comfortable. Location was very close to everything I needed. Nothing!

Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was very nice. Amenities were nice. Dinner was excellent. My daughter loved the Starbucks in the lobby. We walked to Ross/Marshalls/DSW to shop. Nothing.

Staff was super helpful. The biggest issue I had is the area. Downtown Silver Spring is very rundown.

Checking in and out was very smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the free warm cookies at check in! I would definitely come back.

The hotel itself is very walkable to the nearest metro station and a ton of great restaurant and shopping (we ate everywhere from Firepan to Matchbox and enjoyed it all). It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, and then 30 minutes-ish on the train to the National Mall (including switching lines). We went to multiple Smithsonian, The National Gallery, Hirschorn and a concert at Nationals Park and it was easy to get to them all thanks to this hotel's adjacency to the metro. (We have friends in Maryland, which is why we didn't stay closer to the city). Literally the only complaint I have is one part of the lobby smelled like hot garbage the entire time I was there. The lobby was pristine so I have no idea why.

Great Breakfast charged separate makes it more expensive

The staff was lovely. We enjoyed a few laughs together. The facility was nice and the restaurant was welcome. However, there was no waste basket in the bathroom and a leak in the bathroom faucet attachment. Annoying to deal with this on a busy family gathering weekend. For the latter, I wrapped a wash cloth around the faucet bottom which saved us from a mess.

We've stayed several times, we enjoy the location and hotel in general.
