La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Ballpark/Galleria

Need little better costumer service and breakfast.. but everything good so far.

This was a horrible stay on a Wyndham property. Desk staff never smiled nor greeted you. The room was so horrible I took pictures. No one would believe this was a Wyndham property. Wall in bathroom bubbled but painted over. Tub had mold that was caulked over. Bed fitted sheet came back and mattress had no pad and was stained. Glob of something imbedded in carpet. Furniture worn. Bench seat obvious large stain. Mold on window frame no wonder shade was down. Couldn’t have coffee no cups had to use my own. Thought about going to pool but it too was unkempt it needed repaint.

Cleanness room, pleasant staff. Breakfast was not great. No bags in the doggy waste areas.

The hotel isn’t top tier! It’s efficient for the buck u pay! Got there before check in payed 25$ for early arrival got my room within 30 mins tops! Had to clean the toilet seat had some left over urine! Halls can take a good sweep! But customer service from front desk was really good! We stayed 4 days and no one came to clean our sheets we had to ask for new towels and wash cloths! Would I stay here again! Yes I would! Just because of the customer service

The lady serving breakfast needs some training on hospitality specifically customer service, the breakfast area was clean and filled but her attitude toward customers is questionable .

It was very hard to get extra towels. 2 adults and 2 kids... but only two towels. The tub had mold lining it. We were there for 4 nights. I have a 2 year old and a 8 year old.. after the second day we requested new towels.. trash removed and room vacuumed. We were informed to put the towels and trash outside of the room and that they would vacuum. They took away the whole trash bins,, removed the towels.. did not vacuum, and left no towels. When we called the front desk after a long day at a sports tournament, we were told to come to the front desk and get it. Needless to say.. we will not be back.

The staff and the breakfast was excellent, but as far as the amenities in the rooms weren’t the best. our TV didn’t work our tub constantly got stopoed up with water and we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. besides that cool place

the staff was not the nicest at ck inn. I think it might have been because he didn't have any help

Very friendly staff The property was overall good but they should change there covers more often we had a slightly dirty comforter

Room/hotel was clean, free breakfast even though the breakfast isnt much. Limited options but still free with your stay. Hotel is clean, its just not a newer hotel so I think people's expectations are different when staying. Could use a few updates but for an older hotel it is clean and I can appreciate that. Some older hotels have bugs and barely keep the premises clean. For the price, its a great stay and most importantly, they dont have bugs!

Great location if you wanted to get into the truist Park, decent breakfast, basic room hotel

We also enjoyed the convenience of this property location. Bed was very uncomfortable; house keeping never came to clean the room. We stayed 3.5 days; we actually seen housekeeping on that Monday morning the day b4 we left property.

Nothing It was not clean. The floors was disgusting all throughout the entire hotel. Our AC went out on our second night. It was literally 80 degrees in our room.

Room was not clean and smelled horrible. Property is very outdated. General manager was not helpful at all.

Ehh it was okay The elevator needed an updated and the inside needs a face lift. The bathroom was okay. The shower was clogged, the shower curtains dirty, and didn't feel clean. The bed was comfy, pillows are horrible, the sheets were inside out and too small for the king bed. There was food under the nightstand and the nightstand had no charger pour electricity port. There was very little electricity ports. Also, the AC had a shelf/desk covering the top of it so the airflow was poor and the room was 75°. It was extremely hot. When I left in the morning, it only got down to 73°. The only staff I talked to was the girl who checked me in and she was very kind. I just expect a cleaner and nicer place for the price I paid med compared to the hotels I stayed in driving across country. Breakfast liked disgusting, except the bagels, but I didn’t eat that and the orange juice and apple juice tasted like they were watered down. Overall, my experience was OK decent I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean sheets, a clean toilet, warm water and close to ballpark. Those are the only pros about this property! Price was decent but love is in the details and you can tell they don’t care about this property. Walls were dirty and pealing (in and out of the room) carpet was gross, bathroom was dirty, dirty food fingers smeared on the light switches, furniture was falling apart, furniture looked like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Overall would not stay here again. The hotel can be old but that doesn’t mean it has to be dirty. Probably the most disgusting LaQuinta we’ve ever stayed in.

Staff was really friendly and helpful rooms was nice and clean. Just wanna say thank you for the lady that cleaned our room the room was beautiful, comfy quiet looking to stay there again on our next journey
