La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Ballpark/Galleria

This hotel looked nice in photos but once we got there we realized it was a bit run down. The bedsheets were stained on one bed. On the other bed the comforter was ripped open and stuffing was coming out. Breakfast was not the best either. Not much of a selection. We will definitely not stay here again.

The hotel was good for what was needed, but its old and needs some updating, the beds were clean and breakfast was great. Good if you just need a place to sleep on a budget

The cleanliness of the pool made it impossible to enjoy one of the main amenities the hotel offers. I expected much better maintenance and hygiene standards. The only positive part of my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. They did their best, but unfortunately, the poor condition of the pool and the lack of maintenance really affected my overall experience. I would not choose to stay here again unless the hotel makes significant improvements to its cleanliness and pool maintenance.

Front desk was pleasant,all the staff was.Not their fault the hotel looks the way it does.If this is a franchise or independently owned you guys should definitely update this entire building from top to bottom.I only stayed for one night,I wouldn't have been able to make it through night two.Dont be cheap or a simpleton like I was.If you want something decent at the least stay elsewhere.If you just need somewhere to sleep I guess this place is for you.

My floor was soaked. I was moved from one room after ruining my pants because I stepped on a puddle of water in the carpet the room I moved to was wet!! I was running late for an event so I had to stay in a wet molded smelling room. With no compensation for my inconvenience

Very welcoming environment. My partner & I stayed for two nights. Our first selected room A/C was not working. They accommodated us quickly. The beds were comfy. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

The place is old, pool looks green place need major upgrade. The picture are definitely filtered. only this good it was close to the battery and all major highways. the a/c worked really good. everything else gets 2 thumbs down.

The staff were courteous, and breakfast was nice. However, I booked a room with a double bed, was told that I did not and given a room with one bed. The bed linen was soiled. The room just did not feel clean and was outdated. The sofa/bench at the end of the bed was soiled.

Save your money and book somewhere else, we will never come back

Room was decently clean, we had a broken curtin so our room was very bright. Our thermostat died, the carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was very lacking. The staff was very rude.

We stayed 5 nights and by night 4, our room started flooding for the AC unit I later found out. The replacement room was a downgrade, not fully clean and had issues with the TV and air. Then when I asked for help, they acted like I was asking for too much. Just AVOID this place! It's not worth the headache.

The grounds are nice, but the interior hasn’t been updated in decades. The carpets haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time either. The room could have been cleaned better as there was a lot of dirt in the corners of the bathroom. We found the hallways have a slightly funky smell. The breakfast was lacking with minimal options and some items running out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was an older hotel and seemed to need many updates and repairs. It smelled of mildew, pool was dirty- no one got in, breakfast was trash- juice leaking/ sausage looked uncooked, my room smelled of wet dirty carpet and mildew- carpet seemed wet, hair on pillows, had 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The air conditioner was loud. Mattress and pillows were lumpy. Staff was not friendly or welcoming- didn’t share important details. Gym the equipment didn’t work or was out dated and was smelly. Smelled as if room next door was smoking in the bathroom.

Would NEVER stay or recommend this place to anyone. Was talked down to by staff upon arrival like I was stupid and he was superior. Was given a room for five people and only two full size beds. Would not give us an extra blanket for my Grandchild who had to sleep on the dirty sticky floor. Overall many more negative things happened that was not good. Talked to others who said they was treated badly too. Water pressure tucked couldn't take a shower do to to low pressure.
