Everything was fantastic. Except I didn't got an answer from how often they clean the pool 😕

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and a/c worked well. Refrigerator in room did not work and cable box had to be changed out because it would not allow us to change the channel. Staff was really nice and prompt to fix TV issue.
-
The entire lower level smelled like weed. Our door to the room, while shut had a gap wide enough between the door and frame where I could see out to the hall. The room instead had furniture that was falling apart. The tv was from the early 2000s at best and the guide didn’t match the channel. The room itself was clean as was the bathroom. The beds at least were comfortable and seemed to have newer mattresses and sheets. This entire property needs to be torn down. Absolutely embarrassing to have La Quinta and Wyndham on the sign. Will never stay there again.

This was a neglected property! Electrical wires were laying on the dining room floor. The wallpaper on the second floor was falling off the wall and had revealed mold. The carpeting in the elevator area was buckled and dangerous to walk on. The bottom of the pool was peeling and uneven with mold around the edges of the tile our room keys had to be changed out seven times in a four day stay because they did not work to unlock the room door. Most dumbbells were missing from The fitness center and both machines were out of order. It was very disappointing since I make it a point to choose La Quinta first during my travel.

This was an incredibly disappointing stay. Upon arrival late at night, it took twenty-five minutes just to complete the check-in process. The hotel felt very dirty, with stained carpets in both the halls and rooms, and an unpleasant smell throughout. The elevator was particularly bad, with both the floor and the walls visibly dirty and streaked. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Additionally, breakfast is advertised until nine, but when I arrived at eight-thirty, there was practically no food left. A front desk staff member instructed me to knock on a door to find the breakfast attendant, who then told me that there was nothing left. Later, when the attendant tried to put out more coffee, the front desk staff member told her not to do it. Overall, it was a very poor experience due to poor cleanliness and staff attitudes.

About the charger room
-
property was centrally located for my needs which made things very easy during my stay. staff was wonderful and reminded of everything i love about atlanta!
-
The front desk staff were very friendly. The facilities were not very well maintained. You could just tell it was old. The room: surfaces were not wiped down, carpet felt disgusting, there was another light and exhaust fan in the bathroom with no switch to operate them. Halls had not been vacuumed in a while and common area trash cans were too full.

Was not pleased with room, a lot of improvement is needed. It needs to be remodel from

The hotel either needs to update its online photos so they accurately represent the property or start making much-needed renovations. The walls, doors, and overall condition of the hotel look worn and neglected. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected based on the photos and description.

The room was not clean or properly maintained. I found dirty carpet, dirty walls, a dirty bathroom floor, mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling, a dirty bathtub and shower with hair left behind, worn furniture, a broken thermostat, and air conditioning that was not functioning properly. The ice bucket and ice bag also appeared dirty. I reported these concerns during my stay, but the condition of the room did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this brand or the price I paid. I encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival and report any issues immediately. Every guest deserves a clean, well-maintained, and properly functioning room. I hope the property improves its housekeeping, maintenance, and quality control so that future travelers have a better experience.

Pictures don't match property. Much more run down than advertised.
-
Hallway was very dirty and hot steamy, and the moment we got to the room we found a bedbug on the blanket so we left the hotel right away. I Can’t believe that it, I had a very bad experience here. This La Quinta hotel needs to renovate and replace everything.

Property is showing signs of aging. Could’ve been better maintained. Overall a pleasant stay and the staff was excellent.

Now am going to say this the picture that’s shown on here Fake advertising and it piss me off bad. The room I was given was a king size on the 6 floor when I say the elevator was scary, it jumps a lot before you even start when you go to the sixth floor it jumps getting off how scary. The place is old. It needs a lot of upgrade. It’s starting to give me motel not hotel vibes. The room key took forever to work. The doors were bad the sitting bench had horrible stains. I had my child with me and I didn’t want my child to touch nothing in that room, but we didn’t have a choice to stay cause everything was booked. Trust me I looked so I wouldn’t haven’t stayed there. That’s how bad it is. I couldn’t even take a shower because I didn’t wanna get in it. But I can say the bed was super comfortable better than any hotel I ever had stayed at. This place actually look like it has bedbugs but the staff was very polite and nice and funny. Thanks Toni for checking Me in. He was really a great person. That’s all I can say about the hotel. oh and I like how they got the police security out in the parking lot in the parking lot is big
