Everything was very clean. No issues at all. Plus I got extra towels when asked. the air didn't work well and we are under a heat advisory it has a wall unit that didn't work and only one vent for the whole room for the thermostat

We found this property at the last minute but it was an absolute godsend! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our rooms were in brand new condition, and it was cool and comfortable. Having a full sized fridge, a stove top, microwave and an eating area helped us to save money and make meals at home. It was also a great location with plenty of food options, 15 minutes to Nashville, and 20 minutes to the airport. We were only supposed to be there for a couple of days but it turned in to 3 weeks waiting for our house to close. We were also concerned because we had several pets so finding places was difficult but here they were gracious and accommodating. It made a very stressful time much easier to get through. We are so grateful!

Clean rooms and in a great location! A lot of great restaurants, shopping, & grocery stores super close. We will definitely stay again when we visit.

Rooms were spacious and clean, but lacked enough bathroom towels. For a family of 4 we were only given 2 bath towels. When we asked for more they said they were out and might not get more in/washed until the next morning. We had to check-out before more towels were available,

Its location. There were no napkins in the lobby by the coffee machine. The bed was too low to the floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bed slept like a worn sofa bed.

No one at the front desk. After self check in the keys did not work on the doors. Room was extremely dirty. Hairs all over the bed and pillows, in the shower and sink. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Tried multiple times to get the front desk without success. Eventually got a person who tried to find us a different room only to be told we’d have to go to two separate rooms (3 adults) and then we would have to move rooms the next night. It took about 45 minutes standing at the desk to get the new room keys generated. The second room had Cheerios all over the bed frame but we were so tired at 130am that we decided to stay. There are no black out blinds so the parking lot light came in all through the night. We decided not to stay the second night despite not getting a refund because it was so all awful. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

No shower curtain, towels were very thin. Toilet slow and had to be flushed several times

Perfect hotel for quick stop/road trip. No extra frills but has anything you need for a short stay.
