The bed was terrible. The towels were paper thin. There wasn't even a toaster or a skillet to make breakfast.

The young woman that checked me in was amazing. Any issues or concerns that I may have had, she handled it with perfection and promptness. No quarters for laundry facility

Cleaner would half clean the room and when we complained she refused to clean our room the next week and it wasn't cleaned but they wanted to charge me full price after I was told a discount would be taken care of and then when I wasn't there to pay and asked could they run my card they refused but wanted to charge me a late fee abd said they couldn't discount the room not to mention everyday it took 2 hours to get into the room because of the door having a malfunction and they wouldn't change it the living mechanism Unprofessional and no kind of empathy or assurance

Staff is nice and helpful, the bed is extremely comfortable Value, price could be better

When I first got there the young lady at the front desk told me they were overbooked and I didn’t have a room. She was so kind. She had tried to call but had my number wrong. Long story short, she got me into a room. I wish I could remember her name. It starts with “D”. It was a nice hotel. It’s an extended stay so there’s no breakfast. I’ve been in the hotel business so I knew that when I booked. Anyway, I was really impressed with that young lady. She was awesome!! I was satisfied with everything.

Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel.

Staff was very nice, easy parking Found hair all over my bathroom, pee on the toilet seat. I asked them for cleaning supplies so i could clean the bathroom myself. The rest of the room looked fine but it looked like the bathroom wasn’t even touched which is probably the most important part to clean. The staff them selves were absolutely amazing. But the bathroom situation just wasn’t acceptable to me, i would have cancelled it and got a completely different hotel but it was like 5pm on a Friday and everything in the area was booked. I chose this hotel cause they had overall positive reviews and a good cleanliness rating, was pretty dissatisfied with my personal experience. Again, the staff was great.

The room smelled stale and would not go away. The hotel is not too old but there is a lot of wear and tear in the rooms. The drink machine had no drinks but still took your money. Yes I contacted the vendor on this.

We booked here out of desperation when our last hotel was a mess. But it was everything we needed and more. The staff was friendly and generous, the property was easy to use and VERY clean.

all the amenities worked and felt really comfortable had vending machines that were well stocked and ready to go in case you didnt want to uber eats and had laundry facilities the staff could have been more friendly and helpful instead of rude the lady the checked me in was nice but grabbing food for myself a different employee was very rude and disrespectful because i never staid there before

My reservation was cancelled when i checked in late at 11:45pm.

The staff here is amazing! The rooms are well kept and price is unmatched! The only complaint, the laundry room is not big enough……everyone washes on the weekends.
