Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice. We left before breakfast. Property was well maintained and acceptable to food options

Excellent choice for anyone staying in the area. Clean and quiet with newer rooms. The automatic blinds were cool. We swam in the pool, it was 3 to 5 feet deep and we had it all to ourselves! Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold food, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Near lots of restaurants, grocery, and Target in case you are interested in that. We had to call the desk to get housekeeping once it was too late. However, our housekeeper was so helpful and nice during our 9 day stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had helpful and friendly staff. Everything was great, especially the breakfast buffet.

We had a flood at our house and had to cancel. We bought the insurance and was still denied any kind of refund. We love the hotel and the staff is always great but we will not be staying there anymore. We will find a different hotel as our daughter and grandkids live in summerset ky.

Close enough to the bypass Making reservations was a hassle. We called to add a night to the direct line and it's a good thing we called before arriving because that was messed up. The breakfast hot bar was barely warm all 3 mornings. The no pets allowed in this place was a joke, dogs every day we were there. Price was way out of line.

We come to Somerset every summer to visit SomerSplash. We have done this 5 years in a row and we always stay at this hotel. We have ALWAYS had a great experience. The rooms are always clean. The staff are always nice and polite. Breakfast is good.

The property was clean and in a convenient location. Plenty of places to go have lunch or dinner located close to the hotel. The breakfast was really good and plenty of selection. Some of the other people in the dining area could use a lesson in manners but that has nothing to do with the hotel of staff.

Everything, the staff was wonderful, especially at check in, breakfast was delicious and well maintained, shower was warm and worked well, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the tv worked well too.

Very nice hotel clean and new. Solid breakfast. Only thing I did not care for was overheard loud conversation of front desk staff telling breakfast helpers how Catholics worship Mary. As a Catholic I fought this inaccurate stereotype offensive but for the South probably not unusual. Regardless it feels like staff should not speak loudly enough on divisive topics like religion or politics for guests to hear without even trying to. Overall a nice property and stay though. Room with extra twin bunk beds worked very well for our family
