I liked that it was clean, the room and the spa jets in the tub was so relaxing, the staff was so nice! I enjoyed my stay for sure. Nothing, it was great all around.

Incredibly dirty floors. Have not been mopped in years. Had to slip in shoes after showering or the bottom my feet would be black with dirt. At least they clean the towels. Mine were washed so many times that the fabric was see through in spots where there was fabric. The shower was scalding hot, I had to turn it down to a drip or melt my skin off. Usually I am happy to book a Red Roof Inn but this place was a disaster.

No Wifi. Satellite TV was out. Room in rough shape (holes in wall, mold, pests) and smelled strongly of pet urine. $80 rate, but felt like a $40 room.

Location Staff rude, sink don't drain, flat pillows, bathroom door not shut, service was very bad, tv remote didn't have batteries, couldn't get anyone at the desk to get more towels, charged a $50.00 damage fee and said it would be back on card in 5-7 business days

The room had black mold up on the wall by the ceiling. Ref didn't work. Bed were like sleeping on wet sheets. Talked to front desk about these things she said we know we are working on it. I can guarantee I want stay there again. I have a sore throat now thank red roof inn.

Office staff was nice and tried her best to fix check in issues. Got us a room when issues showed up on our booking Started off bad when an issue with check in happened. Booked thru booking.com and everything on my end was fine. When checking in my room was associated with another guest who was not part of our group. Then room was not clean like it should have been. Floors were dirty especially in bathroom. It was so humid in the room the floors felt constantly wet. Beds uncomfortable and one of the worst parts - the security latch on the door was gone! The normal door lock was flimsy and the door moved around overnight making noise because it wasn't very secure. Dirty, wet room, felt unsafe, bad check in.

It is OK, staff was very helpful, they had little or no internet when we were there in April. Seems like there are some long term guests.

Price was no good beds were broken down oh terrible dips in middle . Pillows were too flat dirty breeze ways . It wouldn’t be worth coming back we were gold club members ‘‘tis worst one we ever seen and if u come in an hr early they wanted $20 to $40 most places we’ve been don’t mind if there’s a rm ready and u have a booking . We don’t have xpect everything to be pristine but not kill our body next morning . Just terrible !!!
