Great location and great price. The tub was slow draining leading to standing water while showering, the bathroom was really old and the floor was not level in there. Even the toilet was leaning a little. Also, the “complimentary breakfast” was only coffee, sunny delight ( not real orange juice ) and for food it was only some coffee cakes and apples. Nothing really offered.

First of all booked 3 rooms. I told them rooms had to be on first floor because of health reasons, guess what, they were not. they were on second floor, no elevator. Then after climbing the stairs, keys did not work. Later that evening tried to go to bed after a long day, only to find out that the tenants below us on lst floor, were having a party in the parking lot and outside their rooms, beer bottles, rattling, cooking on tailgate and blarring music ALL night. Now I am all for people having a good time, but I paid to be able to sleep, and could not. Called manager and nothing was done. I should have called the police! Have stayed there in the past and NEVER will gain!

The smoke smell was really bad and the manager was not able to accommodate a room change or cancellation. I must have missed the smoking notice when booking the room.

Cuz it was a motel room and I had a place to sleep Carpets needed to be shampooed the rooms is too small they needed to be updated floors need to be bumped in the bathroom the toilets flushed real slow and it smelt mildewy and moldy in the room that was the second room that I had in both of them was the same

We enjoy shopping in Somerset. There are some stores and small shops we don't have in our area.

It was nice and clean. It id well kept and maintained. I can’t think of anything at this time.

We had live roaches in our room. We took the bug to the front desk attendant and he offered another room. We declined and asked for a refund. The attendant declined because we used a third party app. We would like a refund.
