We booked our room for one night and then decided to stay longer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean towels, bath mat etc . everyday. Plenty of ice when we needed it. Will stay again when we head back to Kentucky.

Why was housekeeping even going in my room an hr before check in without my checking iut? I wrote management and never received a message baxk. I wil never stay there again. Very disrespectful Housekeeping just coming in my room while I was gone before checkout. Never leave your stuff inside there while you are gone. Management chasing my guest that had come over screaming that that there will be more of a charge

Nothing Reception was through a hatch , unfriendly approach. Very noisy with traffic during the night

No running water to take a shower. Rm # 121. Stayed for fishing tournament,woke up no water. Toilet and sink worked ,but no shower.

I booked the room and paid in the app, I later realized that when I checked in my card was charged again. The guy at the desk asked for a $40 cash deposit, when I refused and asked for a refund and I would just stay else where he waived the deposit but made threats that he would charge my card for any damages. Barely any hot water for showers. There was a door to an adjoining room that was stuck in the open position. Nothing about our stay felt safe. When I told the guy at the desk he charged me again for the same room he laughed and shook his head yes.

I rented a smoke free room when i check in they told me weren't any available even though i had the reservation, when i got to my room it wasn't ready everything was dirty, the bed unmade i waited an hour for them to clean they charged me $40 cash in a addition to the room price, the front desk lady was very rude , the housekeeping ladies were very kind .

It was convenient to my location. Honestly I was surprised how clean and kept the room was. a heavier blanket on the bed

Cheap and beds were comfortable. AC worked great. TV didn't work. Sink drained slowly. Outdated. Could have been cleaner.

No coffee no continental breakfast attendant was very rude my key would not work the door she would not make me a new one she used her past key to let me in and told me I must be raining there the rest of the night I cannot leave anymore which was unacceptable and then the next morning had to argue to get my deposit back I will never stay there again the bathroom ceiling had a giant hole in No coffee makers or any kind of amendments in the room the staff was very rude when I asked about Coffee the next morning It is we had a downtree yesterday and we're putting up she referred me to the restaurants down the road
