Next day, r found the AC was dripping water and made the carpet wet. In addition the bathroom door felt off the rod. Everyone we need to use the bathroom we had to left the heavy door for accessibility! The staff came up and moved us to another room. Luckily this room was the room next to ours. Again, we had to pack our stuff to the new room. Our stay was only three nights- the question is should we every night spend it in a new room! The breakfast had very limited options. All Protien options with exception to boiled eggs has pork which we don’t eat. On our last night I woke up on the sound of the TV!!! No one opened the TV. It opened on its own I even checked where is the remote placed and I found it placed behind the TV as the house keeping leave it No one used the remote. It was very scary to wake up mid night on the sound of the TV. Terrible!!! The rooms dont’t have phones. We had to call the hotel local call to complain about the AC water dripping! They don’t housekeeping unless you ask. Very limited staff - charge you fortune!

Everything but especially the staff, the pool, the complimentary breakfast, the spa, the hot yoga and the relaxed vice. Nothing not to like

We were just around corner from reception which doubles as a wine bar in afternoon, hangout in evenings and breakfast bar in am. Place is somewhat old and so you hear everything. At 10:45 when they are still chatting at wine bar and then when revelers come back from the wedding festivities and then at 7am when staff start moving.glasses and setting up breakfast. We did check out the spa & pool and there are lanes & were told you had to reserve a lane which were booked. What?

I hope the hotel flourishes bc it felt quite homey. Now for the price point the services were a huge disappointment. The people that worked there were quite nice but very poorly trained. Check-in was confusing. I received an email thru Expedia saying I had to call to confirm the reservation otherwise the prepaid room was not confirmed. Now I had paid over 2400 dollars for three nights, so I was confused by this requirement. I was told they would email me instructions. Email never arrived. Was given a code on arrival. This was great so no keys. No real instruction about amenities or services. Fees were 50 bucks a night not sure why there were no cleaning services for the entire three night trip. The pool was great but they rented out most of the pool to a swimming club so we had one lane most of the time. The first day there were NO lanes for hotel Guests. Great place great common areas. Very little service. No cleaning service. Very overpriced in my opinion. At that price point I have stayed at great places with excellent services. I hope they step up their services.

Gorgeous property and a very comfortable stay in a beautiful area of southern Rhode Island!

The property itself was beautiful and all the amenties were very clean and new. The breakfast buffet was great, spa was excellent, and staff was extremely kind! Will absolutely be coming back!

Beautiful inside and out. You need to ask someone to unlock the gate every time you want to use a swimming pool.

Beautiful property! The room was comfortable, clean and updated. Gym was a nice size with good machine/weight offerings. Would definitely come back for another stay in the future!

Really enjoyed my stay. The Inn was 10 out of 10 In cleanliness. 10 out of 10 for Hospitality. Great experience and the breakfast was great as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Stunning property with friendly staff. Well appointed rooms that were clean and comfortable. We wish there was a room refrigerator. The spa was lovely and there was a robust fitness center. Overall, an excellent stay and experience.

Welcoming staff. Very clean and nicely appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Clean hot tub. Beautiful decor! Delicious wine! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Will be back for sure!
