We was giving a room that had ants or termites .when we reported the issuse all front desk did was spray the room

Breakfast was okay. The double bed that was promised by Bookings wasn't available even though we were there at check-in time. The AC unit didn't work well.

The staff when I check in and out were very friendly and I like that they had a hot tub as well as a pool. The room was very small and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Overall it felt a little dirty. Not nasty or anything crazy but not clean really either. The fridge was suuuper tiny in the room as well. I couldn't fit all my stuff i had from traveling in there.

On check in room was flooded by AC unit, had to go to office to change rooms, new room door handle was so hard to open, couldn't connect to WiFi and, the bathroom fan was connected with the light so every time you turned the light on .... Horrible noise
