No elevator, not much of a free breakfast, the bed was horrible - we had a king size bed and the mattress was springs only and hard. When you put your knee on it to climb in it, your knee hurt because of the springs. The hair dryer didn't work. The inside of it was all fried. The refrigerator was all dented. The ironing board cover was dirty and worn.

I didn’t eat breakfast. The WiFi wasn’t working. The air conditioning unit leaked on the carpet and my socks were soaking wet. The refrigerator freezer leaked water in my leftover food and I had to throw it away. I don’t like anything about it

The room needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Hair and dust clogged in the hair dryer, floor was not clean, we all used our house shoes, toilet paper was thin and only half a roll was in the room, the water cups were from a giant sleeve of Styrofoam and were not

They ran out of towels. There was nothing at the pool to sit on, only the pool, and when we asked the staff, "Can we take chairs out from the breakfast area they said "no." The bathroom in the lobby had a bar of soap bc they were too cheap to buy a $1 bottle of liquid soap. The room, hallway, and stairway had a bad, strong, musty/mold scent. The pics on booking are completely different from what is actually there. When I tried to go to the exercise room I couldn't get in and when I went and asked staff I was told that it was no longer an activity room but a storage room. But it has pics online of an activity room. The first room we checked into had water from the bathroom to the front door, but they did switch us to another room. Just spend the extra 30 or 40 dollars a night and get something nicer.
