Best Western Spartanburg I-26

Room & bed was comfortable. Viral the desk check in person was very polite & helpful. Would stay here again. Breakfast was included. Great location for everything.

Room was recently renovated, had a good size, comfortable beds, and clean.

I couldn't stay here, despite my prepaid reservation. I was given a room with a deadbolt that didn't work. When I requested another room, the deadbolt there also did not work. It feels like these rooms are intentionally given to a woman staying alone. Despite the lateness of the hour, the extreme inconvenience, and the financial loss, I had to leave immediately and find and pay for another room at another hotel to maintain my basic safety.

The room was filthy and smelled. The lines were dirty & blanket had burn holes. The bathroom was horrible.the shower had missing tiles laying in the shower and moldy. No refrigerator as stated, the microwave was nasty. Felt very unsafe .

Unclean. Floors, hallway looked like never cleaned. Cockroachs.

Smoking room, roaches, dirty linen

The clientele looked very rough, one guy came walking thru the lobby flicking a knife as he walked by. The refrigerator was dirty . A few roach bugs and safety lock on the door was about to come out completely

Yes booked a Super 8 ended up across the street at Quality Inn I think that was the name. The staffed Sucked were not friendly at all acted like they didn't know what was going own.

The room is dirty. It had bugs everywhere and trip hazards in the hallway.

It was disgusting and dirty. Our first room was flooded with toilet water and had bugs in the bathroom. There were stains all over the walls of the 2nd room and cigarette burns on the bedding. Also very sketchy people near the vending machine.

The elevator made a noise when opening like it didnt want to open. There was trash by the elevator as soon as you get off. The lamp in the room didnt work. I just didnt like it.
