What I didn't like is that after I stayed there for 2 days I went to go pay the next morning and they told me that they had booked the room for a month for someone else and it had nothing else available and I had to leave then I wasn't prepared to leave it put me in a really big bind I had nowhere to go and nowhere to get there and they put me out of my room and I had the money to pay for the room I will not be going back!

Door was compromised, shower drain clogged with hair. Too many signatures going in and out. Never stay here

The room The staff, residents or location. Only the maintenance crew were nice. Other than that this facility is trash.

The day I was supposed to check in I got a phone call from the facility telling me that I only had one bed in my room, but I have four people, and they don’t have accommodations for me due to the third-party that they use for online booking. So instead of canceling because I could not and did not have time to adjust all of those things with all of the four people that were traveling with me I decided to ask the facility for a rate for a second room at a discount, however the one room was disgusting, and it had bugs in it, and the other room had look like it was cleaned with a dirty towel and had dried fruit in the bathroom. The only good thing about my stay was the bed was nice.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was food on the floor and the floor was dirty. The toilet was dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The heat didn’t work. We turned it all the way up to 90 and it would not get warm.

They did not reimburse me when all my stuff was soaked by their sprinkler. Thing in the room

Friendly staff and clean room

It was good and clean from my prospective

It was ok

They never responded to my email about correct dates, didn't have my reservation, took 30 minutes to get everything straight, and then rebooted and checked in. In the first room, the refrigerator leaked all over the floor and the phone didn't work. I had to walk up to the office and they gave me another room. The floors were dirty, the tub had purple stuff in it and on the floor, and the toilet paper holder was broken. As of now, they are still trying to double charge me. The residents were loud at 3 am Monday morning for over 2 hours. This is a booking.no!

Room wasn't cleaned, floors stayed wet and had signs of leak damage, items left in room and freezer, lot lizards working the area, tenets asking for money

The room they gave me was dirty.. the ceiling had patches in it… the cabinets were tore up. The floors were dirty and the bathroom wasn’t clean cause someone used the bathroom without flushing the toilet.

At 11:45 AM on day of stay, the hotel contacted me to tell me they did not have a room for me because another guest had overstayed their reservation. They told me to contact Hotels.com to cancel as they could not do it on their end. Hotels.com's only support option was virtual chat which told me to wait a few minutes, disabled typing, and didn't unlock for 2 days.

Room was infested with roaches. Nothing

This may have been the shittiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

I had accidently made a reservation without understanding there was a 100 dollar deposit, once i got that together i then gave the clerk my ID for the second time to find out i had been banned and was already checked in but couldn't stay do to me being flagged what a waste of time and money
