Breakfast? No eggs, no orange juice, ,fruit loops or raisin bran for cold cereal choice. sausage gravy/biscuits every day which I cannot eat. Very disappointing. No clean towels, room coffee not replaced, trash not emptied. No one serviced our room the entire stay. Hot tub was slimy, pool was growing algae. room carpet so dirty my husbands white socks were black just walking across the room

Friendly staff, nice room

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the fridge did not work, and there was other people’s food in it. And there is no elevator in the building. So if you want to stay on the second or third floor, you will have to carry your luggage up the floor and there is also no luggage carriers to get your luggage from the car to the base of the stairs. The breakfast was really good. I love the staff. They were so helpful and happy.

When I arrived another guest was having problems with their booking, which I understand can be complicated, but I waited 20 minutes just to get checked into my room which only took a couple minutes, they could’ve offered to do that right away while still continuing to work with the guest after the fact. When we arrived to our room, the air-conditioning units were not running because all three of them had air filters that were filthy, and the check filter light was on, which shuts the units off until reset. This tells me that they were not cleaned or regularly checked. I pulled quite a bit of lint off of every single one and was able to reset the AC units but, this did not give me a great first impression walking into a room full of dust all over the units. This was especially concerning as I have a son who has asthma and is sensitive to dust. Overall it was a quick stay for the evening, but between the initial interaction at the front desk and the clean state of the room, I was not impressed. The breakfast was nice, but I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

The location was in an industrial park and wasn't within walking distance of anything.

3 story hotel that required using the stairs to access any of the room floors. My traveling companion and I have mobility challenges so even the short flight of stairs to our 2nd floor room was tough. Wouldn't have booked if I'd known that. But otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Neighborhood was not so good

Nice Clean Room, good size pool and amazing breakfast offered at this hotel and good service.

The room was great. Clean, comfortable, and updated. However, there was a constant dripping in the bathroom wall behind the tub. And breakfast... they were out of syrup by 7:30am, out of waffle batter by 8:00am, the apple juice was slightly flavored water, and the orange juice was not too far different. And this was on a Saturday morning with the rodeo and circus packing the place.

The room was decently clean. I felt unable to approach the staff with any concerns. They were mostly all off-putting except for the young overnight girl. Breakfast was mediocre. Parking was great.

This was an obviously older location but I love how they added to the retro feel. Those who grew up in the 80’s will love this place. The indoor pool area is straight out of the 80’s when going to a hotel was part of the experience. There was a Ms PAC-Man machine in our room and if I had one complaint it was that it only gave me one try each game (no extra lives). The bed was a little small but nothing that made it inconvenient or uncomfortable. The bunkbeds in the room were a nice little touch too.

Room was large and clean. Staff was very helpful. I did not use the pool but it looked very welcoming. Did have biscuits and gravy, along with make your own waffles.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and respectable. Breakfast was good, but more options would be good to have. Overall clean, quiet and comfy. Would stay there again.

Carpet was old and needed upgrading. In general, the place felt tired and needed upgrading and repairs.

When you try to relax in the hot tub and you have a mother who lets her kids play in it Pryer so they think they can when adults are In it. Kept getting in and out!!
