Price didn't relate to quality of facilities. Likely inflated due to Sturgis Motorcycle rally.

Rude staff, dirty rooms, not well maintained, false breakfast advertising, overpriced. Pay a little more if for nothing else to be treated respectability as a paying customer. We stayed in a few different hotels on this road trip and this was by far the worse hotel we stayed in, possibly the worst in my lifetime of traveling. Rooms are not well kept, tub was still dirty upon arrival and had a ring around the inner tub wall, sheets which were stained. Staff extremely rude. When I mentioned the dirty tub the night clerk she rolled her eyes at me, told me no maid was on duty and that they'll let the maid know to clean it in the morning. She said I could a fill out an online complaint to request a partial refund but she couldn't provide me the information on where I could find the form. When morning came we saw the maid and we were told management did not inform her of the issue. We again addressed the day clerk and were told "what do you want me to do about it"? Then rudely walked away. Manager was no better and would not provide us who was above her. Horrible customer service. Mattresses sink and uncomfortable. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast is not as the advertised it's more like a continental breakfast with microwaved egg fritters. Treat yourself better and skip this nightmare of a hotel.

Not palatial, but certainly more than adequate. Clean, spacious room, good bed and amenities in the room (although no coffeemaker). Pool/Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was somewhat weak, cereal, breakfast bars and pre-packaged sweet rolls, ultra processed carbs and sugar; not very healthy choices with Zero protein to be found. Windows are paper thin, so during Sturgis Rally you’ll want to ask for a room on the backside, as people talking in the parking lot at 5AM will wake you up (the smoking bench was right outside my room so I could hear/understand every word they said). Perkins right Nextdoor so we could have a real breakfast and even enjoyed dinner as well. Knowing that hat I know I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Staff was wonderful. Fix the darn ice machine!!! They seem reconciled with the fact that it doesn’t work when it is hot outside…

Great price convenient clean staff was wonderful Not really anything I would stay there again in a second

Older facility, but looks like they are updating. Will be great once they are able to replace the old, stained shower and sink.

Great location. Nice breakfast friendly staff N/A

2nd floor rooms require a long flight of stairs (no elevator). Breakfast was "OK," but nothing special and the breakfast room is so small that not everybody could fit. We had a great dinner next door at Perkins, highly recommended.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Beds were too soft for my preference. Breakfast options were few.

If your partner sleeps like the dead, you will be absolutely fine. However, if you like a waterbed or something like that, this is the place for you. However, if you like sleeping on bouncy castles, this is the place for you.
