Loved it here. We did Sturgis Pre Rally and the staff was welcoming as soon as we came in. They even mentioned that they have repeat guests for the rally and look forward to seeing them each year. We had a great stay.

The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!

We didn't like the floorplan of the room. The vanity area outside of the toilet/shower room was too small and the vanity was too low. The door to the shower/toilet room opened inward so that it blocked the shower door. It was just all too small. The hallways outside the rooms were narrow and scratched up. The ceiling in the breakfast area needed repair, the paint was peeling off. The breakfast was marginal at best. The elevator was too small and hard to get a luggage cart in. We wouldn't stay there again.
