The room was clean however the tub did not drain. We mentioned it to the front stafff to repair.

The hotel was good and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

Our room was dirty. Tile floor was sticky, dirty wash clothes hanging in the shower curtain (4 of them), the carpet wash stained all over, and the air conditioner did not work.

Facility is getting outdated and run down. Due for a make over.

Initially when we showed up our room was not ready. The staff was very helpful sorting out a new room. The bathroom was a little run down but other than that it was okay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to assist us. The toilets water all too low, even the one in the handicapped accessible public restroom. For a person that has mobility issues that is a big problem.

Great, clean place to stay. The pool, hot tub and arcade are a great addition!

Yes, they have charged me on 5/4 for 1 night and now today have charged my card again. Have not gotten it resolved.

The staff and location was good The toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. So we were moved to another room. The bathroom in the second room was filthy, we couldn’t shower. Shampoo was left from previous guest. The microwave was dirty on the outside, it didn’t look like the floors were swept or vacuumed.

The bar restaurant and hotel all worked very well for our stay. Friendly and helpful staff
