The staff was very helpful and friendly. Went the extra mile to assist us. The toilets water all too low, even the one in the handicapped accessible public restroom. For a person that has mobility issues that is a big problem.

Sheets and bedding were not changed out from precious guests. Told front desk. They said they would bring new bedding but never did. Asked to talk to

Shower Yes, they have charged me on 5/4 for 1 night and now today have charged my card again. Have not gotten it resolved.

The staff and location was good The toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. So we were moved to another room. The bathroom in the second room was filthy, we couldn’t shower. Shampoo was left from previous guest. The microwave was dirty on the outside, it didn’t look like the floors were swept or vacuumed.

Overall was an ok stay. Wasn’t great, wasn’t terrible. Recently stayed for 3 nights. Everything just felt tight, a lot of stains on our rooms floor. Jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Property just seemed a little run down needing improvements. Piece of wood with nails on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Staff was always very nice and polite though. Free meals for kids at the Lucky 13 Pub which was nice since there is no continental breakfast. We had a reduced rate for the event we were there for but wouldn’t pay full price.

How friendly and accommodating the front desk host was as well as the bartender in the restaurant. Everyone was chill and nice! That the pool didn’t open at 7. This was due to the maintenance man evidently taking the pool gate key home by accident. But he eventually showed up and we got at least an hour in before checkout.

The property is nice. But definitely coild use work. We have stayed here every year for over 6 years. On this trip there was a big stotm and did check in but had to leave and didn't even use our room.

There was live music in the restaurant and they had a kiddie pool ... you don't see those very often I will be coming back with grandkids to stay and swim for sure
