This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.

Room was nice and spacious. Close proximity to numerous eating establishments. Comfortable bed. Only drawback was the noise that comes with being in a city.

Nice location
-
It was in a good location. A little run down, but clean. The parking lot was very small. The room was nice, ok for a night. Strong lotion smell in our room and the hotel had a cleaning smell.
-
Mold in bathroom. No vacuuming in room or hall. Terrible breakfast. Employees at the desk were helpful and friendly.
-
The breakfast was decent but the location is not ideal. The rooms were not properly cleaned son first arrival so we had to get a different room.
-
Absolutely nothing boutique about this hotel. Homeless everywhere, room stunk like gym socks, not even close to the room advertised in the pictures. Will not be returning

No one was at the front counter in my he morning when I attempted to ask them to hold my suitcase upon ending my stay. Also, there were no towels in my room and when I called downstairs at 7:30 AM I was told I had to come down and get the towels which w as not a possibility given I had just stepped out of the shower! Also while checking in, I had to stand at the front desk for five or so minutes, waiting for the employee to load some things into the computer, and there was a second representative at another computer that did not offer to check me in .

Nice staff. Hotel location is noisy and surrounded by homeless population. People off the street were entering the property and getting food from the breakfast area. Safety was a concern for our family.
-
Beds were super comfy. Air conditioning was ice cold and wonderful!
-
Best hotel beds on the whole vacation!
-
Clean and fairly quiet. Hotel could use some updates.
-
Loved the area it was in. The hotel is dated. The lighting in the rooms is not the greatest. The TV keep trying to reload during a show. The mirror/light in the bathroom sink area is not very bright and gives off a lot of heat.

This place was actually nice
-
Great staff. Very helpful. Clean room with comfortable bed. Recommend this place highly.

When we stopped in, I was concerned about the location of the place. There was no need for concern. It was quiet and convenient.

Hotel is in the midst of renovation but this is no way impedes use of amenities or anything else. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Debbie helped us figure out the a.c. in our room (operator error). She also recommended several places to dine. Debbie does it all--five stars!

Take a look at the surrounding area before booking to not be too surprised. Was an okay place to stay for the price I guess.
-
Staff is friendly and speedy helpful when we need them.

Rooms are cleaned very nice. You get down to the breakfast area for breakfast. It’s a pigsty food. Oliver mouse charges on the counter. Then my husband wouldn’t make his waffle and then a mouse run on the back of the counter behind one fridge to the next fridge. I thought that was disgusting. Did you tell the person behind the front desk and then oh well attitude
