The rooms were dirty! The rag on the floor that was called a rug was nasty ! Management was unprofessional and helpless. We went to another hotel.

Also I have two 100.00-dollar charges on my credit card from Element, which we did not charge or use anything in addition to the room.? So at this point I am very unhappy with our experience at Element. We used Expidia to make our reservation in advance, to insure we received the room we had reserved. Dan Flannery

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff is super friendly and very helpful! It was easy to locate and in a nice location. It was clean and tidy. The staff was able to address any need we had!!!
