The pool was not heated. The water was very cold.

Other than the above - the hotel is clean and really nice. Breakfast was worth getting up for. The bed itself was comfortable (minus the air circulation). Bathroom was clean and a nice shower. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues with noise.

Some of the best front staff customer service I've ever had! Great spaces for gathering. Very clean.

At check-in, the staff have a variety of teas to refresh weary travellers. The high-ceilinged lobby and well-appointed decorations welcome you into a unique experience. Springfield is much bigger than we imagined, and the desk staff were important in guiding us to places for shopping and meals. The full-service bar and breakfast area make for sociability not found in many other motels. What's not to like? That's an American expression (New York?) that we will take back to Australia.

Rooms were clean. Common areas were nice. Breakfast was exceptional!

Location was great No towels in the bathroom and bathroom could of been cleaner other than that everything else was good I enjoyed the peace and quiet and got great sleep

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Mattress was not very comfortable. Usually when I stay at element hotels the mattresses are excellent this one not so much

$200/night on the weekends. Took my payment out the morning before I arrived. Then asked for another $200 deposit upon arrival that was never mentioned. Amanda was not very personable and on her phone when I came to pick up my grocery order. Room amenities were above average. Pool was way over crowded and we never got to swim due to the drunk adults. Probably 50+ in this tiny indoor pool. Great location if you’re in town for medical reasons.

The property was clean and the staff was wonderful. The pool is also heated.

Clean, modern, great breakfast, nice facilities. Traffic noise at night was horrible, not very many dishes in room.

I had a short stay, but the room was well equipped with everything I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. So I had an amazing stay.

The rooms were clean I expected for the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it wasn't and I had to ask for a clean set of towels. The breakfast was kinda gross. Peanut butter jars appeared to have been pulled from someone's pantry that had been stored for awhile after use. Poptarts out of packages just sitting in the open not telling how many people handled and contaminated them. A food inspector would have a hayday.
