Loved the spacious room with kitchen. The location was good. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Found someone’s dirty sock in the closet. Breakfast food wasn’t that great, but better than a continental breakfast. I was pleased with what I got and the price I paid.

Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do.

It's a wonderful safe place to stay

Bed was super comfortable and we slept well. Price was too much honestly, over $200 on. Saturday night. We only paid it bc it was across the street from the hospital our 18yo was in after suffering a stroke.

Setup of room was nice liked the separate rooms, only drawbacks were the air-conditioning was loud like most of these places and didn't really cool it down enough, oh and the water pressure was non existentant, and the lady that checked us in was very slow, and not very with it had to repeat things multiple times.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, conveniently located to Mercy Hospital, and offers a very good breakfast buffet.

The location was great and the room was perfect for the 5 of us! 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette was just what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Front desk worker on Sunday night was amazing.

Our first time to stay here, but it was in a great location for the places we were going. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room had all the amenities you could possibly need. It was quiet and very clean. We plan to stay again .

Good stay

Room was clean and nice. However, overall this location was just okay. Customer Service was a 4. However, they do not replenish the coffee after 9 AM and do not have hot water and tea bags out. The drink and snack options to purchase are very limited. Just water and sodas. These are detractors from an otherwise 4 thus a 3.

Room was basically left un-cleaned before it was turned over to customers 😐 No towels in room toilet left filthy and had to have someone clen before using. Shower floor was full of dirt and gravel? Kitchen area is very filthy. Carpet had gravel plastic and paper all over it I had to remove
