Battlefield Inn Springfield

Wasn't a fan of any of it. The room was dirty, wasnt cleaned before I got in there. An obvious drink thrown at the wall, smelled very musty, the bathroom sink was just like a cpuntertop held up by 2x4 bracing and a small little mirror way off to the side. The bathroom was gross. The water pressure was terrible, no hot water. The bed was old and stained and very gross. No blankets just a stained cover and one sheet. The door didnt barely lock or close I could see daylight through the door no problem. The room looked like a crackhead had been living there for a while. And seeing the people coming in and out all hours of the night I could see that being true. They require a 50 dollar cash deposit for some weird reason. They weren't the nicest staff members, I left my key in my room and asked the guy at the front desk to unlock it. He proceeded to say yes then walk putside and completely walk in to a room being remodeled sit in the doorway for almost 20 minutes talking to another guy. When he walked back by I flagged him down and h told me oh im sorry I forgot. The stay wasnt great the bed was uncomfortable the room was disgusting. They charged quote a bit for the accommodations. Terrible value for the money. Don't stay here seriously its gross.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, no complaints there at all. The rooms and property were another story. The beds were okay but you could feel every movement from whoever you shared a bed with. It felt like the floors in the bathroom were going to fall through to the room below us and they cosmetically already looked messed up despite it being a renovated room. If you just need a cheap place to sleep for a night, this place can do the job.

The first room we stayed in was not in good shape. But the next time we stayed in was much better and well put together. So over all i give them just okay for a budget option. There are better options but this one works in a pinch.

The location OMG. Filthy, smelly, linens spoiled, room covered with flying flies.

Have stayed here multiple times, and my stay has always been perfect. No complaints.

This is the main place I've stayed when I had to be in Springfield Missouri on business. My stays were always great, and the location is perfect.

Air conditioner was a window style and a bit loud but cooled the room nicely. The bed and pillows were very comfy and I got a good night sleep. If you are just looking for a place to crash for the night, this is fine.

not like the pic . Paid 580 a week and 150 pet deposited . even went to 600 a week a couple times . was told I can't rent online

Exceptional

Showed up and requested to check in and gave him my name and told him I booked on expedia. He started shouting at me and telling me I needed to give him another night's worth to check in, and walked off. Incredibly disrespectful, rude, and cannot believe he would try to scam me when I just wanted a place to stay the night with my family.

Nothing because he wouldn't even let me stay there you did nothing but yell at me and told me that dogs were not allowed when it other dogs were there at the time that's why my dog was barking because the other dog was there told me I had to pay $100 deposit and he was telling another person he only had paid 25 he wouldn't go check me in when I've already paid for the room Everything it is very rude and Damian give me a chance to even say anything he didn't go behind the counter and look up my name or anything you just started screaming at me for some reason I don't know why I went in there for weeks before spend thousands of dollars and for him to treat me the way he did it was very very rude I want my money back I didn't get to stay there

When I checked in they wanted a $50 dollar cash depost?? Told her I didn't have cash and she just handed me the key anyways? The room had damage all over it, and it stunk horrible of cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). One one of the outlets in the whole room worked, there was no toilet paper in the room at all, there were stains on the white towels (when you look at priceing for a room to stay in Springfield and this is the cheapest option....there is a reason for that).
