While recently staying at the hotel, was placed in room on 3rd floor. The hallway smelled of urine and musk. The door was sticking to the room, there was a oily feel to the floor, only 3 lights of the 5 in the room worked, and TV didnt work.

Did not end up staying at this location. I stood in the lobby for an hour trying to check in. Once receiving my key, we went to our room. It was filthy. It was evident someone had just left that room - possibly by the door connecting the next room???? Requested and received a refund. The desk clerk was clearly overwhelmed. She appeared to possibly be the only employee on-site.

Room was not clean

Ceiling leakage..curtain rods disconnected from ceiling leakage. Carpets rippled up. Hallway stunk like cat piss. My husband fell and cracked his rib in the bathtub/shower. Shower had no grips on flooring of tub. No handlebar or pull grips. Not sure how an old person would manage taking a shower. Pool outside had pigeons in it.. would never swim in there!! Nice price but not worth the stink..disinfectant smell lingering in our clothes. Breakfast was minimal! Dry food,no protein

This is my third time here within 6 weeks. ALL 3 bathtubs were extremely slippery. There was no toilet paper dispenser, so I took an extra roll to use and left it on the floor. The breakfast bar was well stocked and standard. They had the coffee earlier which I appreciated.

Pretty decent for the cost, front desk was pretty straightforward and easy to work with.

My stay started off great. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the freshly remodeled room. Everything was new and clean. The weather was very nasty the evening I stayed. Raining horribly hard and several hours. Approx 130am, laying in bed watching TV i went to get up to use restroom and stepped off bed into Approx a quarter inch of water on floor. All along the exterior wall, Approx 15 feet length of the exterior wall was deep in water, evidently coming in from the rains. I had things laying on floor that were soaked, black suede shoes, clothes etc. I had to pack up and the hotel had 1 room open for me to change to. I got into the new room and went to front desk to get change for the snack machines and the clerk informed me the new owners didn't leave money for making change. The clerk was nice enough to find me a bottle of water and pop tarts. After finally falling asleep about 430, 11 o'clock check out came really quick. I was headed back home, 3 hour drive.

Staff was fine. We had an old room. Ac poor. Mattress terrible. Room dirty and I had to clean the bathroom. No amenities. Coffee supplies but no coffee maker. No phone in the room. Had to go ask for towels. Stained and sticky carpet. Hole in the Sheetrock in the bathroom. Shower head clogged with deposits. Hard water. Window seal broken so it was cloudy between the panes so you couldn’t see outside. The lobby had breakfast but we didn’t dare assuming the kitchen was as dirty as the room. Trash all over the parking lot. They are remodeling but our room should NOT be rented in the current condition. Unless you get a newly remodeled room, be sure to inspect the room before staying. I cannot recommend in good conscience.

under staffed, the lady at the desk was very nice but overwhelmed with only 2 ladies cleaning rooms, broken door locks ,and it took 1hour to check in at 7pm with only two customers ahead of me,

Also received excellent service from Shannon Goodine. She helped us several times which I felt was beyond her regular duties. Just one example—our room was not serviced when we returned the first evening. The bed was unmade, the trash was not picked up , the floor was not vacuumed and the worst of it our towels and washcloths were still in a damp pile on the bathroom floor. I went back to the lobby to tell Shannon—she was swamped with checking in people; the . A line could have gone out the door. She told me she would get me fresh towels after she got everybody checked in—at 9pm she was finally free and went and got us the towels . In my opinion, it was not her job as front desk to do that, but she did and she did it pleasantly. I had watched her as she checked in that plethora of guests courteously and without complaint or rolling her eyes. The check-in situation was very frustrating for guests and she handled it with aplomb . On the other hand, we stayed 3 nights, the bed never got made, the trash was never picked up, the towels were again not replaced. I can live without the bed being made, and even the trash not being picked up or the floors vacuumed but I can’t believe we still didn’t get clean towels! Does anyone besides Shannon work here? We will not be returning due to management of this hotel. But I will say this, you have a gem of an employee in Shannon Goodine. I hope you treat her well. Remove room phones if not going to work.

The hotel is currently under renovations and amenities are lacking. The pool and a pool area were closed due to the remodel. This information was provided prior to booking the stay. The staff were very helpful in addressing all concerns.

Being in a crisis and needing a room just for a night. I was refused a room after waiting from 11am on a thursday to 3 pm for availability. Only to give my ID card to the lady behind the desk to be told they arent supposed to rent out to local people. I though cash talks but my money was no good here. Dont really know what els to say but i needed help hadthe money to pay for what i thought they were advertising but apparently not. Hope that itnever happens to them when they need help.
