Vīb Best Western Springfield

Property of very well maintained. Only complaint was the room was very small, wife and I felt a little cramped. Overall, a very nice facility with friendly staff and modern amenities.

Cozy, cute and clean

I enjoyed my staycation at the VIB. I needed some alone time and it was a perfect spot to decompress! The bed was comfy and the room was very clean! I would definitely recommend others to stay here!

I had left my wallet in the room and the staff had contacted me immediately to come back to get my wallet. Excellent service five star hotel all the way around.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was small, the walls are very thin, and the bed is very soft or plush. The lack of carpet, which is great, means you hear all the movements of people above you. We could even hear conversations from the neighbors overnight. If there is more than 1 person, the space between the bed and wall is super tight with no side table on one side. The futon style couch is ankle high, therefore super low to the ground. The stall shower with the rainfall shower head is nice but tight, a regular shower head would have been preferred. The lobby amenities were great, there is a restaurant in there that we didn’t realize. The gaming area and TV areas is a nice touch. The entrance is super tight and hard to navigate bags in and out of, with no overhang so be prepared to get wet when it’s raining (which it was.) Overall it was a good experience for 1 quick night, though I would not stay there again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, food was excellent.

The rooms are clean but very simple (for instance there is no closet just hangers on a wall hook). The bathroom features a nice shower and once again was very clean. I stayed here for a second time in two weeks since I knew what I was getting and the room was reasonably priced versus other hotels of the same level.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was amazing. We have been on the Power Tour for the last week and have to be honest, I’m all the hotels we stayed in to include Hilton’s. This was the best hotel we stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at in Springfield, MO. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Hotel has a retro vibe. The staff was very helpful and so friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Will stay again!

GREAT hotel! I was a single female traveller and I felt very safe staying here. Beds were super comfy and the business center was super useful.
