Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was very good !

Great location, and allowed pets! We were rushed at breakfast even though it was closing for 30 minutes.

I liked the rooms Found bed bugs after stay

The elevators were out and there was no sign of a fix coming soon. Two out of the three entryways I've tried did not work with the pass key. It was not one of the nicer Laquita I've stayed in. However the staff was very friendly and they accepted my dogs. They have a nice Dog area in the back, although it's not fenced.

Excellent staff, room was musty, but it was a pet room and I was grateful for it.

The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service but the front desk put us on the first floor and we had no trouble.

The only good perk was the heated pool. Price was too high for quality.

Pleasant stay. Our room was nice and other than the elevator being out of service the property well maintained.

Staff was courteous, they carried our luggage up to the second floor because we couldn't do the stairs and carry the luggage Elevator had been out of service for a month! Really! furniture in room was beat up, could not pull the shower lever up all the way, water came out the faucet and shower head.

Breakfast: food choices, cleanliness, and Toni. The attendant kept the place very clean and neat, replenished food items quite timely, and was generally was very personable. Broken elevator resulted in a lot of noise through out entire stay as other customers used the nearby stairs. Very noisy. Doors opening and closing all night. Noisy folks in adjoining room. Quite unpleasant. Beds were too soft, needed more pillows. The bath tub rust stains were disqusting. Toilet was too low.

Very clean. Wife enjoyed there was a very clean tub. While it was clean, the room set up seemed odd and less appealing

Breakfast Elevator broke down.

Clean and comfortable room Elevator did not work. I am partially handicapped and was put on the 2nd floor. No ice on the 2nd floor

It was one of the better places I have stayed. Friendly staff greeted us and was easy check in. As always happens there is something wrong. The elevator wasn't working during our 3 day stay and our rooms were on the second floor. We had 2 rooms and going to the second floor via the stairs would not normally be a problem but one of our party has health issues and climbing stairs was a problem. With that being said, all else was great. One of the cleanest rooms, most comfortable bed, nicest swimming pools, best breakfast and helpful staff I have had in a long time. I would recommend and stay again.

Everything was perfect Well., I like everything and I don’t know what to say about what I didn’t like

The hotel room smelled. The sheets were stained. The elevator didn’t work. The bathtub had mold. The pool area had stuff dripping from the ceiling and mold.
