Bass Pro Shops Angler's Lodge

The staff was great, the pool was lovely, the only negative was the hot tub is a bit lively once you turn on the jets (they blow too high and the timer doesn’t work). Otherwise, this is a 5-star for us, but the problematic timer could be bad for some.

We loved our stay here -- the rooms were super clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast choices were fantastic (especially loved the biscuits and gravy). We also enjoyed the complementary bag of gummy worms.

Room was great but the refrigerator was leaking a small amount leaving a small wet spot in the carpet. Great location for the Bass Pro Shop and some great restaurants. Staff was super friendly

Staff is great, place is clean inside and out, amenities were great and breakfast was better than expected. Only complaints are the decor is pretty outdated (carpet, bedding) and the aged mattress needs replaced. We would stay here again due to convenient location and 95% satisfaction with our stay, just could be a tad bit more inviting with a facelift!

Not at all fancy, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent. The location is directly across the street from the Bass Pro and related museums.

My bad. I expected a Big Cedar/BassPro level experience. It's a place to sleep and shower. Room/sink area were very cramped for 2 people. It is what it is. Staff was pleasant and it was rustic, so on theme.

I could not be more disappointed in this Hotel, and its Management! We were traveling by car, and had every desire to make it to the Hotel to stay the night for a much needed rest, so we booked the Hotel several hours before arriving the same day. However, during our drive a massive torrential rain, lightning and thunder storm forced us off the road in the middle of the night and we had to stop a three hours short of making it there. Because we had made the reservation the same day, the Bass Pro Shops Angler's Lodge Management decided to "uphold their cancelation policy of at least 24 hours notice" (ie, steal our money, and not give us a refund), even when it was clearly explained why were forced off the road and could not get there. This is the literal definition Getting something for Nothing! This will not only impact future decisions to stay at their lodging, but also do business with every other entity tied to Bass Pros. You're decision may have cost me $143, but will cost you $Thousands in future purchases! But, you probably don't care, right?

The property, rooms, staff were all excellent. The restaurant was across the street from the hotel and was a convenient walk. The food was amazing!

Our room was clean and had anything we needed for showers or coffee or tea. Staff friendly. Easy access to room. Room was small but was perfect for our one night stay. We would stay again.
