Room was clean staff was friendly.

Service dog documents. I am not required to prove that and I reminded her of the law. She charged me the $85 pet fee. I told her no other Drury Hotel had asked for that information.

This is a very clean facility decorated Bass Pro style. It is a much older facility so room was small w sink located outside of bathroom.

The hotel room was slightly on the smaller size but I would not consider it as negative, it was clean, good pillows.

The in room coffee pot was broken. The door to the bathroom had been broken. The a/c in the room did not work and made awful noise. Once turned on the tv would not turn off unless unplugged. For the price it was not worth it.

This place was not as advertised. The bed was hard as a rock and the ac was not working properly. The toilet did not work properly and they were not helpful.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. The rooms are clean & nice. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom shows age, sink area is very small. We did not eat the breakfast, but it smelled delicious. Being right across the street from Bass Pro made it very handy. We also went to a Springfield Cardinals game, which was an easy drive from the hotel.

Woke up at 6:00 am to use you exercise room. The weight bench was broke and unusable. Other than that, everything was good.

The pillows I slept so good ! Very clean beautiful atmosphere breakfast was delicious couldn’t have asked for anything else .

The hot tub was phenomenal! Also the breakfast was superb! Only one thing , our room could have used another chair! But it was very comfortable!

The property wasn’t that bad. Room was outdated, bathroom, outdated, the scary part was how the lamp was wired up in room 239. Definitely a fire hazard. The hair dryer didn’t work nor themagnifying makeup mirror
