MainStay Suites Springfield South - Battlefield Rd

Really liked this long-term stay property. Rooms was nice with entry straight from the parking lot, included a nice kitchenette with basic utensils. Convenient location near a main road but not too loud. Would definitely stay here again.

I was able to park right outside my room. I liked everything

The kitchen had everything you need for a nice one night stay. The AC worked great, especially with the 90 degree day with high humidity. The room was wonderfully relaxing for us during our stay.

They are like mini apartments. They don’t allow cats and kicked us out after learning we had cats even though on booking.com it says pet friendly and doesn’t specify only dogs. One of my rooms had a leaking ceiling and no hot water, in the other room the toilet would not flush.

Convenient and easy access Outside walkways and door entrance cluttered with dirt old leaves branches and debris. Inside was extremely damp. and HAV very loud.

Room was clean, refrigerator froze my drinks. Need to leave more toilet paper. Floor seemed dirty as my feet/socks were black at night from walking on the floor.

Great location, friendly staff!! Hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the washcloths.

Everything was fine…….they just needed to have a few more piece of silverware! There was only 1 spoon! lol

The size of the room was nice especially for 4 people and the beds were comfortable The tv controller wouldn’t work to turn tv off and struggled finding an off switch. The bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over.

Location Noise but I got through it, the sunlight showed through but okay.

Clean and great property. Would stay again!

Everything! Everything was as described and my whole family loved it! We will definitely stay again when we are visiting Springfield! Nothing!

Great location, facilities. Loved the kitchen set up. Chairs are not super comfortable, could have a small couch or loveseat

The beds were comfortable. The bath mat was folded neatly on the side of the tub, but when I picked it up, it was wet through. We needed 3 beds and the pull out couch was quite dated and did not look very pleasing, not a mattress pad on the mattress either.

The floor was dirty my feet were black. No soap in room for bathroom. The beds frame crumpled noise when you moved. So loud in the morning with garbage trucks and other rude guest leaving. I’ve said at other main stay hotels they offer free breakfast and better quality hotel. Won’t ever go back to this one

I really thought having two comfortable chairs in the room was nice. I also thought the bed was the right combination of firmness and softness. Fan unit for the air conditioner in the closet was very loud. Could often hear the people in the room above us stomping around. Neighbors would throw their trash...and not all of it bagged, including used diapers...right outside their porch at all hours of the day. But their behavior is outside of the hotel's control.
